2. The Kiss

"Beep beep rise and shine" yeah I know my alarm is weird but that's okay. So I wake up and start getting ready for the day until I hear a knock on my door "who is it" I say, "it's Tessa" "come in". Tessa walks into my room with a huge smile on her face "what Cha up to bobby jean?" Tessa asks in a southern accent "just getting ready for the day sally jo" I laugh Tessa and I are so silly.
I get some breakfast and decide to eat outside, it's nice and peaceful which is surprising for the Team 10 house, as I'm finishing I hear jake yelling "ATTACK" he yells and all of a sudden I'm getting picked up and thrown into the pool. As soon as I hit the water it's like I'm being thrown into an ice bath it's so cold. "Hey what was that for!" I yell at jake but he just laughs and after a while he offers me his hand, so I take it and pull with all my mite I manage to pull him into the pool "shit" jake yells "haha that's what you get for throwing me in first" I say proud with what I did until he starts splashing me so I splash back and try to get out but he stops me. We both look into each other's eyes, I could stare into them all day they're so pretty, and for what feels like forever he finally splashes me once more and lets me go. "Awe jerika" chance says in a girly voice, "shut up" I say laughing. I get Tessa to grab me a towel and start drying off, soon I'm mostly dry with only my hair still wet and I walk inside and leave jake to dry off without a towel.

It's 5:30pm and team 10 decide to go to the Hollywood sign to take pictures with the sun set, we all jump in the team 10 van and drive there. When we get to the Hollywood sign we start taking dope Insta pictures with the sign and sunset until it's dark. "Hey wanna go for a quick walk?" Jake asks me, I nod and we start walking away from the group. "So I kinda want to tell you something but you can't laugh" jake tells me, "ok I won't, I promise", "so I um.... I kinda um... I.... I like you and I'm being serious, I can't stop thinking about you" wow Jake actually said that I'm shocked "awe that's so sweet.... I kinda like you too" I respond while slightly blushing. Then Jake leans in for a kiss and I want to reject him but I can't so I lean in and close my eyes. "Um hey guys we're kinda leaving" Kade tells us then he quickly rushes off, "don't tell anyone ok?" I tell Jake "okay".

When we get home I grab Tessa and go to my room "so I need to tell you something.... jake and I.. we ....kissed" at first Tessa is shocked but then she smiles "OMG you guys would be the cutest couple" she says "aha I don't know what happened but please keep it on the down low I'm not sure if it meant anything and I need to go find kade so I'll be back". I see Kade standing in the garage that we turned into an office, luckily no one else is in here "hey so what you saw tonight please don't tell anyone", "don't worry I won't I'm just shocked" and with that Kade leaves the office. I don't know what he meant when he said he's shocked but oh well, it's late and I need to sleep.

I hope you liked this chapter and I know I need to stop ending chapters with Erika going to bed but it's the easiest thing I can think of to end the chapter. Also do you think I should start writing in both Jake's and Erika's point of view or just keep it the same?
