7. Rescued

"we have Erika and if you ever want to see her again then you'll do as I say" the guy tells Jake "what do you want me to do" I hear Jake ask "it's simple all you have to do is-"

"... all you have to do is give me the money you owe me or I don't know what I'm going to do with pretty little innocent Erika" the guy says and I see Jake look into the window, "if you touch her I swear to god" Jake said angrily "well better give me what I want" the guy says and we speed off, I look into the back mirror and see Jake running after us but he's way too slow and soon disappears out of sight.

I hear screeching and look up to see a beautiful house. One of the guys pulls me out of the van and into the house, down a long corridor and he finally comes to a door and opens it, as soon as he opened it he threw me inside the room, but it had stairs so I kept tumbling down them and hitting every part of my body on the stairs. I soon come to a stop and everything is hurting so bad "get up" the other guy says and he pulls me onto a chair and ties me up "what are you going to do!?" I yell at the guys but they simply laugh in my face.

It's been hours and I can't move, I'm all alone in a dark basement, my stomach grumbles I'm starving but they only gave me bread and they put it where I can't reach.

Jake's POV
"Kade where are you!?" I say "I'm at home why?" Kade asks, but I hang up and drive as fast as I can back to the house. Those bastards took Erika now they'll pay.

As I pull up to the Team 10 house fans swarmed and I quickly have to shut the gate and run inside. "Kade.... it's Erika" I say "what's wrong?" Kade asks now getting worried "its Zack" I say and kade stiffens "where are they!?" Kade asks "I don't know but he wants 5 million dollars, we need to hurry" I say grabbing my bank card from the table "shit why that much?" Kade asks "it's what we owe him".

Once we get to the bank I quickly run inside leaving Kade in the car and withdraw 5 million dollars. I drive to where I last saw Erika and drive in the direction of the van but it's no good. "Do you know where he lives?" I ask Kade getting angry "no but I know someone who does I'll call them" Kade replies.

"54 sunset avenue" Kade says, I put it into my gps and speed to the house. It takes about an hour to get here but when we finally arrived we had to park a street back so they wouldn't see us coming. "Shit this house is huge" I say "so then why does he need the money?" Kade asks "because its Zack and because we owe him" I tell Kade. We sneak past the guards and arrive at a dead end "we're going to have to climb to get inside without being spotted" I whisper to Kade and he nods his head.

We find a tree that's next to the 2nd floor balcony but we're going to have to jump about a meter to get onto it. We start climbing the tree and of course it's a windy day so the tree is swaying making it hard to climb. We manage to climb to the top and jump onto the balcony, I see a guard and duck just in time also pulling Kade down with me "shh" I sign to Kade and he nods. The guard doesn't look like he's leaving so I'm going to have to knock him out. I get up and sneak over to him and put my arm around his neck and start knocking him out but I'm careful because I don't want to kill him I just want to help him out because he looks tired so I'm putting him to sleep.

Once that is done Kade and I walk out into the corridor and thankfully there's no one here "where do you think she would be?" I ask Kade "maybe in the basement" he answers "ok where's that" I ask but Kade just shrugs his shoulders and we start walking down stairs.

We walked down 2 staircases and come across a door that just looks like a wall we try to open it but it's locked and we hear a girls voice "Erika?" I call out "Jake help me" I hear Erika scream "we're coming just hold on" I say.

I look around for any guards, thankfully no one is here. I look around again to see if there's anything I can use to pick a Lock, nothing. I walk down the hallway to find a set of keys hanging on the wall next to a sleeping guard, I grab the keys making sure to be quiet and run back to Kade. "I found these but I don't know which one it is" I say worriedly "just try them all" Kade says.

I try all the keys until one fits and I turn it and hear a click slowly I open the door revealing a set of stairs and Erika tied up on a chair looking like she's been beaten "Erika don't worry we're here we're going to get you out" I say in a reassuring tone "Jake thank god your here" Erika says with a small smile. I untie her, she stands up and I hug her tightly.

Erika's POV
Jake unties me from the chair and hugs me tightly I hug him back. I'm glad to see him, I wasn't sure if I was going to get out of this place.

"What happened to you?" Jake asks worriedly "they threw me down the stairs" Jake's expression changes he looks like he is about to punch someone. "Come on we have to go the guards only get a 10 minute break and it's been about 5" I say he grabs my hand and helps me up the stairs. Pain shoots through my leg whenever I step and I fall into jake but he just catches me.

We finally get outside after dodging the guards and Jake picks me up and runs to his car and puts me in the front seat and drives off. When we got back to the house I limped inside and saw everyone sitting in the lounge room looking upset and worried "hey guys" I say weakly and they all scream my name and run up to me and we have a massive group hug.

I'm glad to be back.
