Naomi spent the next couple weeks putting Castiel through various forms of excruciatingly painful torture, including making him killDean hundreds of thousands of times, until the angel became compliant. Then she sent him back to Earth to fulfill is mission.

~At the motel~

Dean heard a sound from outside the motel door. Immediately, he thought of Cass and excitedly got up to answer it. Outside the door was Cass, as Dean suspected, but the angel was wielding his angel blade toward Dean.

"Cass? What's up?" Dean asked nervously.

"I have orders to kill you," Cass replied without a trace of emotion.

"What? Cass, what did Naomi do you to?"

"She opened my eyes to the monster you really are. You have killed many people in your lifetime and you fell in love with an angel. Now you will pay for your deeds."

"Castiel, what are you saying? That angel I fell in love with was you, and you love me too. Naomi has you brainwashed." Dean reached for the blade, but Castiel quickly evaded Dean's hand. "Please, let me help you. We can solve this. I know you don't want to kill me."

"I need to follow orders."

Dean looked over Castiel's shoulder and saw Sam walking back up to the motel room. He looked confused at what was happening at their door. Dean quickly looked up at the angel blade in Castiel's hand and then back to Sam, letting him know he had to grab the blade. Sam quickly nodded and began to silently walk up behind Castiel.

"C'mon, Cass. We love each other, Naomi is doing this, you don't understand because she's gotten control over you." Dean kept the angel distracted and focused on him until Sam finally was able to confiscate Castiel's weapon. Dean then quickly grabbed Cass and pulled him into a kiss. For a second, Cass was completely still, but then relaxed into Dean's arms and kissed him back. When they pulled apart, there were tears running down the angel's cheeks. Dean pulled him into a hug, letting him sob onto his shoulder.

"I'm sorry Dean, I'm so, so sorry."

"I know, Cass, it's okay. I knew you wouldn't hurt me."

"You don't know what she made me do. She made me kill you over and over and over again."

"It's okay, you're with me now."

"What if she comes back for me?"

"It'll be okay, we'll figure something out. Nobody will take you from me again."
