You (A NaLu Fan Fic)

Our First Date

Lucy P.O.V

          When I woke up in the morning, I expected to come face to face with Nastu. But, I didn't. Instead, I smelt burning.

          What did you do Natsu? I thought as I jumped out of bed. I jogged to my kitchen to make sure he wasn't burning my apartment down.

          "Lucy! Help me. I'm not sure I'm doing this right" He pleaded. His face covered with soot. On my stove, was burning bacon?

          "Ew! What is that?" I asked coughing afterwards.

          "I was gonna make you a 'welcome home' breakfast. But I really can't cook. Please help me?" He asked, freaking out. I got my emergency fire extinguisher from under my sink and blew out what ever Natsu was making.

          "You should probably leave the cooking to me" I giggled.

          He grinned and scratched the back of his head, "Yeah... Sorry about that Luce" He apologized.

          "How about we just head to the guild?" I asked him.

          "Alright!" He agreed, grinning.

          "We should probably get cleaned up first" I suggested, wiping some of the soot off his face.

          "Good idea" He said. I went to the bathroom and got in to my hot, steamy shower. Half way through my shower, I hear the door open.

          "Natsu! I said no peeking!" I shouted, covering myself.

          "Im not! My eyes are closed" He said in a 'duh' tone.

          "Natsu!" I screamed.

          "Please. It'll be quicker this way" He pleaded as he hopped in to my shower. I tightly closed my eyes. I felt my face heating up. I was still covering myself. I couldn't believe he was in the shower with me.

          I stood still, my eyes still tightly closed and hands still covering certain areas. Then I felt a hand on my waist. He turned me around. Now I was facing him. I opened my eyes only a crack.

          His wet pink hair, hugging his forehead. "Lucy, I love you. There's no need to be shy with me" He said cupping my cheek in his hand. I opened my eyes all the way to see a toothy grin, stretching across his face.

          It was still pretty awkward, being in the shower with Natsu. I hugged his wet body. Seeing if it would make things better.

          After the shower, Natsu and I got dressed. We walked hand in hand to the guild. So this is what Love is like.

Natsu P.O.V

          I don't know what I was doing when I got into the shower with Lucy. It just felt like the right thing to do. I don't know why. It just did.

          When we got to the guild, Lucy was about to open the doors but Mira came rushing out. She blocked the way through the door.

         "Mira, what are-"

         "No. You two need to leave for a bit more. Go, go" Mira said, cutting off Lucy. Lucy and I stepped back a bit. We turned around and walked the oppisite direction.

         "What do you think she's up to now?" Lucy asked as we walked back down the street.

          "I have no idea" I replied. Lucy and I just shook our heads.

Time Skip~ 1 Hour.

          While Luce and I were at a near by cafe, Levy and Wendy came running down the street. "Natsu, Lucy! C'mon!" They shouted.

           Lucy and I gave eachother quick glances. Levy and Wendy grabbed us and ran. They took us all the way back to the guild.

          "Here, put these on" They ordered as we got to the front of Fairy Tail. They handed us some blind folds.

          "Levy, Wendy. Would you mind telling me what's going on?" Lucy asked as she put on her blind fold.

          "Nope. Orders for Mirajane." They said in unison. I put on my blind fold and they shoved us inside. I tried using my enhanced sense of smell to see what was going to, but it didn't work.

          They allowed me to take off the blindfold when I got into a room. "Finally. What the hell is going on here?"  I asked.

          "Just put this on." Levy said, giving me some clothes. It was a black and red tux. Why such fancy clothing? So uncomfortable. After I was done getting dressed they put the blind fold back around my eyes.

          Again they walked me somewhere. When we stopped walking, I could sense Lucy was here. "Okay you two. The whole guild set this up. So be grateful." Levy said as she unblindfolded us.

          When I could see again, I saw a table that had all sorts of yummy looking foods. But then, when I looked up. I saw the most beautiful girl. Lucy. She was gorgeous. Here goes our first actual date.
