THENWe can't make it without them.
I picked up lily, and sat on the floor with her in my lap. I held her close, I don't wan't her to suffer. With one quick motion, I felt the blood touch my body.I was still crying, and I just held her. We were gonna be a family again.
Uncle Ben, Aunty Aero.
Parker, Lily, and me.
Together.
I raised the loaded gun to my head, and I squeezed my eyes shut, as I pulled the trigger.
Nothing happened. Lila tried pulling it again, but still nothing happened. "What?" Lila cried looking at the gun.
"There's nothing in it. To kill yourself you need bullets." Aero and Parker's dad startled Lila. "Get away from me!" She screamed. It was too late at that point. There was a cloth over her mouth and she was out in seconds."Where do you want her, Mr.Carlton?" Trevor asked. Lila was starting to come to, but was still out of it. ''How many times do i have to tell you to call me Fred! Bring her down to the basement." Fred Carlton replied. He had just gotten text confirmation that Lila's body replacement had been found. Fred had connections everywhere including the police station and the morgue. Everything had been going according to plan so far. Fred knew this was the perfect revenge on Aero and Parker. His children ruined his life, so he ruined theirs. If everyone thinks Lila's dead, then they'd be miserable.
LILAS POV
I forced my eyes open even though it felt like I could sleep forever. What's happening? Where am I? I looked around. It was sort of dark but I could definitely tell I'm in some kind of basement. I saw the door and tried to make a run for it, but I face planted down and hit the floor. I looked at where it hurt the most, my left ankle, and saw a chain wrapped around it. I crawled over to the wall and pulled at the chain, but it didn't budge.
"Hello?!" I screamed for help over and over again but nothing happened. I screamed until it hurt to use my voice. I curled myself into a ball and started to cry.
Lily. Oh god, what have I done? I killed my own daughter! Everyone I love is dead, and I'm alive.I spent a lot of time wishing I was dead. Like everything bad in the world happened to me and I just wanted it over. Everything was the same everyday. At some point he'd come in and bring a tray with food and a cup of water. I never said anything to him. He just always smiled at laughed at me like I was a dog in a cage. I felt as if I was losing my mind after all the time being down there. I talked to myself a lot and bit my nails down to the stubs. I'd let them grow enough just to bite them again.
He's so evil. Lucifer is probably nicer than him. I'm gonna kill him. I'm gonna kill him and feel his blood on my hands.
These evil thoughts crossed my head about 3 times everyday. Or even night. Down here days and nights were the same. I couldn't tell which was which. Recently my escape plans have not been as effective as before. I now just scream every time he opens the door. But as he says, no one can here me. No one will ever find me. I'll spend the rest of my living days down in this dirty old place. Alone.
