NO Gummies:
✩ I know NObody really follows this rule even though this rule is very important.. Do you really want a toothache?? If NO then follow this rule
✩ Just loosen the amount of gummies!! You can eat some but not all the time!!
Brush Your Teeth Daily:
✮ Make sure you brush the gunk out of your teeth
✮ 3 - 2 times a day
✮ Brush with Fluoride, look for a toothpaste that has Fluoride in it, Why?? It helps to whiten you teeth and cleaning the particles of your braces
Pain Killers:
✩ If your braces hurt, try some pain killers!! It helps
Easy to Chew food:
✮ Make sure the food your working on isn't that difficult to chew or eat because that will cause pain
