Don't drink caffeinated drinks before sleeping

•Caffeine makes you more awake and being more awake makes it a little hard to sleep ✌️

Exercise:

•Doing this can help you sleep faster by removing stress so you aren't thinking about all these things while trying to sleep

Avoid Long Naps in the Day:

•Taking naps for a long time can cause you to not be able to fall asleep at night because you have restored some energy already

Eat a Light Dinner:

•Having a heavier dinner can be much more difficult to digest and indigestion can lead to not being able to sleep

Turn off the Electronics!

•These can distract you to want to use your phone or iPod or computer. You'll be more alert but when you sleep you should be relaxed.

No Light!

•Light messes with the brain and it prevents sleep. It stimulates the brain instead of winding it down to rest
