Drink Lotsss of Water!

Water makes every part of you so nice and healthy. When hair grows healthily, it should grow a little faster while being healthy :)

DO NOT use Pantene!

This sounds really mean to Pantene but they tend to use a lot of alcohol and chemicals in their products and that is really bad and drying for your hair

Sleep with your hair braided!

This makes your hair wavy ANDD it helped with frizziness and damaging your hair when you sleep on it

DO NOT use heat!

This is SO important because heat damages your hair so much (especially the ends) even if you use a heat protectant! Damaged hair is definitely not healthy so stay awayy!

Get trims!

Trims help keeps your hair healthy because you don't want split ends and that's not healthy :)

Deep Condition Every Week :)

This keeps your hair healthier but DO not do this more than every week because it will dry out your hair.

Don't wash your hair every day:

This gets rid of the natural oils in your hair and dries it out. These oils are important for our hair because they are naturally there and your hair needs themm

Argon/Moroccan Oil:

This helps make your hair healthier and more shiny. Just apply a little of this on your hair, paying attention to the ends and let it sit.

Don't over brush your hair

This weakens your hair and causes damage to the ends as it can rip our your hair and 'thin' it out.
