little things

remember the little things in your life that make you really happy like sunsets or your Instagram or a specific food. don't dwell on something that's making you unhappy

confidence

try to be confident! when you sure of yourself and are confident in your own body, you will mostly likely to be happier being your self

what you love

find things that you love to do or wear or collect or something that makes you really happy and cheerful so that if there's something going on, you can escape all that and just focus on doing something you love

friends

have friends that you can truly rely on to tell anything and everything to. they will be there for you when you need anything and they will cheer oh up to make you happier(:

smile

even if you are truly happy or not, smiling will increase your happiness. smiles can change how you feel as you can start to really be happy

think

take time each day to think about the things you love to help your mood and think about what you appreciate and what people have done for you
