Once my watch says 5:40 am we get up and start to the train station. I wish we didn't get up, I felt so happy with him there, laying down, but I can't admit it to him.

Hugo's perspective

We're heading to the train station again. I wish we could've layed down a little longer, it was so comforting and I felt so happy laying together. But I can't admit it to her, not yet, what if we are too young, we are turning 11 this year. But when we get older she is the only girl I would want to spend my life with. I'm too young to be thinking of! That, and this isn't the right place or time nor age.

"Hugo? Hey, we're here!" says Lily, waving a hand in front of my face to get my attention.

"Hmm...What? Oh yeah, we're here." I look around the train station, it's so big. I see the wall where we get to platform 9 3/4 from here.

"Lily! Lily, look it's the wall on to the platform!" I say.

"Hugo, there aren't any trains passing because the trains only pass on the first day of Hogwarts."

"Then, how do we get there?" I ask.

"I have an idea." she says.

Lily's perspective

I think we can get there if we walk down the train tracks, because the train tracks is where the train goes on, even if the train isn't there the train tracks still lead there.

"Let's go toward the train tracks. There may not be any trains but the tracks still leads there." I say, explaining my thoughts

"Ok. that's a good idea." He says.

So we follow the train tracks together, it's a long way but we have only been walking 1 hour since we left the grass/bench . As we're talking we hear a sound coming behind us and light reflecting of it on the floor. I turn around and realize it's a train, I shriek and start running forward, thinking of where I'm going to go, there's nowhere to run, if we lean against the wall, the train will still hit us. When I'm running I trip over a pebble and fall. I shriek and scream as loud as I can and Hugo turns around and sees me. when he sees me, he runs toward me.

"It's getting closer, leave me, il only-" I try to convince him.

"Shut up Lily! If you die, I die! If you jump off a cliff, I'll jump over with you! Your not just my best friend, I'm not leaving anywhere." He shouts back resulting in heat rising up my cheeks.

Hugo's Perspective
I glance over at the train and see that there's a huge space in between the 2 front tires! Enough for me and Lily! I
stop running and place Lily in the middle of the two walls and lay down beside her. Yhe train is only about 10 metres away.

"Hugo! What on earth-" I know she would trust me if I told her to.

"Lily, trust me. This will work. And if it doesn't, then at least I got to spend my last few minutes with you.". I say as I kiss her on the cheek and hold her hand. I hear her breath steady as she calms down. I mostly kissed her to slow her down.

"I trust you. I'm just as glad to be with you." she says and kisses my cheek back and tightens her grip on my hand. I know we are only 11 but still, I know that she's the right one for me.

The train passes over us and doesn't hit us! If we moved over for more than 5 cm then we would die. The train is pretty long, I counted 25 seconds as it passed over us and left. I get up and help Lily up too.

"Lily, you ok?" I ask. She hugs me and I can tell she is or will cry.

"What if we died? Because of my stupid idea!" she says.

"Is walking on train tracks stupider than laying down under a train?" I say to try to loosen the mood.

"I suppose not!" she says laughing.

We walk through the train tracks as fast as we can without running and finally get to the open end. It must be Hogwarts! But we aren't there yet, we need to cross the river, mom and dad told me that.

"We made it!" she says jumping up and down.

"Yes, but we still need to cross the river with boats. Have you ever went canoeing?" I say

"No... have you?" she says not jumping anymore.

"No. So we aren't done with the challenges yet." I say.

"Aw" she says pouting but still excited about arriving here.

We walk over to a 2 person canoe and sit in it. I grab a canoe and she grabs the other one.

"Just move it forward to back, pick it up bring it forward, then forward to back. I'll do so too, and I'll steer." I say and she nods. We do that on and on but after a while I see that Lily is doing it forward to back and back to forward to bring it back, and then forward to back.

"Lily, forward to back, pick it up, bring it forward then forward to back again I say. You're bringing the boat forward then back then forward then back." I say

"Ok, chill! don't need to be so bossy!"
She says clearly already frustrated about the long ride.

"I'm not being- whatever, sorry for not wanting to die." I say and we both become quiet.

After 15 minutes we arrive. I get out and try to help Lily but she pushes it away.

"I don't need help." she says and I know she must be mad at me. But I don't say anything.

"Ok so what, you just want to barge in?" I say.

"I'm not stupid! I have a plan, just follow me." she says

"Alright, we'll look who's being bossy now." I say a bit mad and she clenches her teeth.
