Chapter 14

Same day as when Hermione found out (chapter 12)

Ginny's POV
I woke up next to Harry who was still sleeping so I decided to let him sleep. I took a shower and pulled on a plaid shirt & jeans. I tied my hair up in a bun and decided to not wear any makeup today. I thought about what Lily told me yesterday and the note. I can't not believe the evidence. It said their name clearly, I don't think Lily would lie about that, but what am I supposed to think? I sent Albus and James over to Hogwarts because I knew it was safe and that it was good for them. If Lily is telling the truth and there really are Voldemort's children in the same building as my children I want them back. We have had enough of Voldemort. He's messed up our lives enough and I will not allow that to happen to my children. I couldn't tell Harry because he's the one who will be the most destroyed that Voldemort is back just when our life was finally falling into place. I finally decided that I and Hermione who was aware of this from what I heard would make a decision of what to do. I called her to ask.
"Hello?" I heard a raspy and strained voice from the other end.
"He-Hermione? Is that you?" I couldn't believe that that was Hermione. She sounded so broken down and basically not like her.
"Yes, it's me, Ginny?" I hear the sound of someone blowing their nose and wiping it.
"um, yeah, what's wrong? What happened?"
"Oh Ginny, what do I do," another sound of someone blowing their nose "I need Hugo!"
"Hugo, what? Why? What happened to him?" I didn't understand anything she said.
"Hugo, why?" I heard her repeat over and over, I heard some shuffling then Ron came on the phone "Ginny? Hey, what's going on?"
"Ok whoa, first off, what is she crying about? What happened to Hugo?" I was starting to panic now.
"Oh, I thought she told you, Hugo is missing, he's been away all day and Hermione thinks he ran away from home because he doesn't like us because he pretended to sleep" I started to hear sobbing in the background and Ron comforting his wife.
"Wha-oh my gosh we're on our way now! Lily probably woke up by now so i'll bring her too! Lily! Lily, honey get up, we need to go out now!" When I didn't hear an answer I sighed and replied "She probably can't hear me, I need to go, but we'll be there soon! Bye."
"Bye"
I was on my way upstairs when I remembered that I didn't have makeup. I decided to tell Harry to call her to save time.
"Harry, can you wake Lily up and get her ready? I need to put on makeup."
"Why? Where are we going?"
"Il explain later just wake her up!"
"Ok"
I went back to my makeup table and before I got the chance to apply I heard the three words I was hoping to god I wouldn't hear at this moment.
"Ginny, she's not there! Do you know where she is?" He seemed genuinely worried.
"Oh no please no!" I buried my face in my hands as I cried silently "please don't tell me she went where I think she went."
I then got un expectantly angry, I lashed out and threw my mascara across the room, I swiped all the makeup off the table as I ran all over the house looking for her, refusing to believe that once again, it was Voldemort who tore this family apart. When I didn't find her I repeated and repeated until Harry was starting to get really scared. He grabbed me by the arm and hugged me, when we finally pulled away and I somewhat calmed down he asked me another question that I really couldn't answer without breaking down again.
"What do you know that I don't? Where are Lily and Hugo?"
The only sentence I was thinking of and that I was able to say escaped my mouth.
"Voldemort once again found a way to tear apart our family without even being alive!" I then put on my heels grabbed the key and left to go and sit in the car leaving Harry tensed up, angry, and clueless with fists curled up at hearing the name of the ma- not even man, more like creature, who ruined our lives.

We've always seen the sweet, funny, cute side of sweet Ginny so it's a big shock for her to be reacting like this. Poor Harry always has to go through pain
