Chapter 21

Jake untied my ropes and I streched my arms out.

"Thanks" I said. he smiled and pulled me down on his bed. I sat cross legged and he turned his body to look at me. "Jake, how come you look like you haven't aged?" I asked, to be honest Jake still looked the same as I last saw him. He still looked like the 16 year old boy I left in the woods.

"Because Laila, they give me some kind of pill. every week. It keeps me from growing older. I don't know why they use it or what but I'm still 16" He whispered. I looked at him, I looked into the sad eyes of a boy who has been neglected and beated, betrayed and broken.

"I'm so sorry Jake" I hugged him and I sudden feeling of protection came over me of him. "I promise Jake, I won't let them touch you ever again" I whispered. I kissed his cheek and pulled away. He smiled.

"Didn't you say yo had a mate?" Jake asked

"Yeah, his name is Damian" I said, missing him already.

"Emily's?" He asked

"Luke and her baby's name is  William" I said. He smiled. I stood up and looked at the bars of the cell door.

"Is anyone else in here?" I asked.

"Not that I know of. There was a girl, she left and never came back. He sighed and laid down on the bed. The cell doors burst open and two guards came in. Jake pulled me back away from the door. His arm wrapped around my waist. For some reason, I wanted that arm to be Damian's.

"Girl, be ready in twenty minutes. The alpha wants to speak with you" He said.

"She's not leaving my sight" Jake growled. The guard looked between both of us and at his arm around my waist. They both laughed. Suddenly Jake was thrown against the wall. I screamed and ran to him. The guard was up in his face. I threw my leg up and kicked his face. He slowly turned his head to look in my direction. He snapped his fingers and the other guard grabbed me from behind and twisted my arm up.......up. I screamed when the pain increased every inch he went up.

"Don't" Jake growled. The guard let go and of me and threw me on the ground. Jake was punched in the face, leaving a trail of blood down his neck.  I growled and punched the guard. He growled at me.

"That's enough!" Someone boomed. I looked threw the bars of the cell at the alpha standing in the doorway. "I want her upstairs. Leave the boy" He said and walked back up the stairs. The guards both grabbed me and walked me out of the cell. I looked back at Jake as he slid down the wall looking at me with sad eyes.

I didn't even try to struggle anymore. We walked up the stairs and threw the yard. We were being held in a cellar. We walked threw the backdoor and into the house.

"Alpha" The guards greeted.

"You both are dimissed. I can handle her from here" They both nodded and walked out of the door, locking it for the outside. One guard winked at me and left with the other. I shuddered.

"Well well well, Laila Scott" He said walking over towards me. I stood like a staue in the middle of the dinning room. He ran his filthly hands down the sides of my face and hair. I growled. He smiled and walked in front of me. He stood to close for my liking.

"If you don't struggle" He whispered in my ear, he kissed below my ear. I tried to pull away but he held me firmly inplace.  "then I might make it quick" He said. He walked behind me slowly and tied my hands behind my back. I tried to pull them free but it was no use. He grabbed my neck and dragged me into a bedroom. I gulped and did not like the idea of being in a bedroom with this freak. I started screaming and fighting against his grip. He threw me on the bed and hand cuffed me to the head board. I growled low as he started running his hands over my body.

"Your body is so...mouth watering" He whispered taking my shirt off. I screamed and he put a rag in my mouth to muffle my screams.

He started taking my clothes off. Followed by his clothes. I closed my eyes, wishing to die.
