Joe has helped me come up with a plan to surprise Conor as their show tonight, I'm going to stand in the front so he can see me, Nothing But Thieves have been on tour for six months so we finally get to see each other and not just on a video call, Joe did ask if I wanted to stay with then but I feel as if I'd get in the way, I did bring some clothes with me in case I decide to stay or if Conor wants me to. I arrive at the venue they're supposed to be playing at tonight, I text Joe to see where to meet him.

Me: Hey i'm outside the venue, where do you want to meet up?

Joe💀: Hey, there's a park across from the venue in at.

Me: Okay, I'll see you soon.

Joe💀: Cool.

I walk across to the park Joe mentioned, I see him sitting on a bench with Dom, I walk over to them and say "hey" hey look up and say "hi" they stand up and hug me, Joe says "I've missed you" I smile and say "I've missed you too" Joe and I have been friends for years, he's actully the one who introduced me and Conor, Dom says like "what about me?" I smile and say "I've missed you too" Joe says "Conor won't stop talking about you, every time we have a day break he want to visit but it's impossible since we're always so far away" I nod and Dom says "yeah, he'll be haptic when he sees you".

We all talk for a while until Joe says "we have to get ready to go onstage, you can come with us and stand at the front before anyone else comes in" I nod and follow them to the venue, Dom comes with me so he knows exactly where I'm standing before going backstage, I hope Conor sees me in the crowd.
An hour later they come on stage and begin playing Ban All The Music, through the chorus Conor looks at the crowd and in pretty sure he saw me, he smiles in my direction and carrys on singing. Half way through the set Conor says "so, this next song is a new one from our new album Broken Machine, there's someone I know who loves this song so I thought why not sing  it, it's of our favourites, this is Hell, Yeah" we smile at each other while he sings the song, this is one of my favourites off the album. They finish he set and everyone leaves, I walk the backstage area, I find Conor his back is facing me so I hug him from behind and say "surprise" he smiles and turns around, he hugs me properly and says "I have missed you so much" I smile and move away, I say "I've missed you too" he moves closer and goes to kiss me when Phil and James walk over to us, Connor sighs as Phil says "hey Y/N" I smile and say "hi" they leave and I say "so I have a question" he nods and says "what is your question?" I smile and say "would you like me to stay with you?" he smiles and says "can you?" I nod and say "yeah, Joe asked me if I could and I said it all depends on if you want me to" he smiles and says "well of course I want you to stay with me" I smile and say "well I will then" he smiles and we kiss before going to the bus.
