I can't believe I signed up to sing onstage in front of people, it's only one song but I'm freaking out, I'm backstage with my band, I don't know how they're so calm. A guy comes up to us and says "you guys are next" we nod and get our instruments. A few minutes later we walk onstage and just say "hi, we are The Lost Souls and we are going to be covering a song called My Name Is Human by Highly Suspect". We play the song, hopefully we haven't ruined it. We walk offstage and put our instruments away, I'm watching the people preform when I feel someone tap my shoulder, I turn around and see Johnny Stevens, holy shit, he says "hey, I heard you guys preform, you guys were awesome" I smile and say "thanks, we tried hard to not ruin your song" he smiles and we talk for a while. A few hours later Johnny says "well, I should go now, do you think I could get you number?" I nod and put it in his phone, he says "cool, I'll text you later, bye" I say "bye" as he walks away. I can't believe I just met Johnny he said he'd text me, I'm glad I signed up to sing.
