"Today's guest is one half of the couple of the century--" Jeannie announced excitedly.
"Some may know her by her character in Marvel's: The Avengers or maybe even as a Victoria's Secret angel, but we just know her as Courtney Sargent!" Adrienne finished, welcoming her onto the stage. She hopped excitedly into her chair at the table next to Loni.
"Alright, well, first we want to congratulate you on your engagement!" Tamera said giddily.
"Aw, thank you," Courtney sighed happily, barely able to contain her smile.
"He did good," Loni agreed, admiring the ring on Courtney's finger.
"Were you expecting it?" Adrienne asked.
"No, actually. I'm surprised he was able to pull off the surprise. I'm pretty hard to pull one over on," Courtney chuckled.
"How'd he do it?" Tamera asked excitedly.
"Well, uh, it was our one year anniversary and we started playing strip poker--" Courtney started.
"Strip poker?" Loni asked, laughing hysterically.
"I knew I supported you guys for a reason," Loni wheezed.
"So, I was totally kicking butt at the game and then it came down to his final piece of clothing-- and bam. The man had a ring box in his underwear," Courtney chuckled.
"If a man doesn't propose to me like that, he has no business proposing to me," Loni laughed.
"He proposed to you naked?" Tamera gasped.
"Don't mind her. She's our resident prude," Loni teased.
"It was better than any proposal I ever saw on tv as a kid. It was perfect," Courtney giggled.
"And I mean, the timing was impeccable. We finally have about a month to relax before we jump back into filming for the next Marvel film-- which is going to be insane," Courtney added.
"You guys are so freaking cute," Jeannie sighed.
"This makes me hate being single," Adrienne scoffed.
"So, are you guys going to start planning the wedding soon?" Tamera asked giddily.
"You know, I think we're just going to take it slow for right now and just enjoy this new chapter of our lives for a little bit. We're about to get so busy with filming and that's a stressful process. It's not quite fair of me to berate him about flower arrangements after a long day of filming action sequences," Courtney laughed.
"We have some downtime after we finish this film before we start the next ones, so maybe we'll have the wedding then," she added.
"I'm just so excited for you guys!" Tamera squealed.
