The next day was bright and sunny and As the girls tied up their hair they started to wonder about whether they had passed or not.
"Well,they said they'd tell us if we got in.So we just have to keep hoping."
" Delly, we can check with Red at breakfast this morning! Come on!"
They ran out ontop the stairs and met Red at the doors to the dining room.
"Hi,guys!Or girls!"
Delly and Eden nodded at him as they took a seat.Immediatly afterwards Red buried his face in his hands.
"Red,are you alright?"asked Delly instantly.Eden looked over at him worriedly.Red shook his head.
"Nooo.Ive gotta make a decision about weather I want to go see my brother or not and it's stressing me out."
Delly and Eden looked at each other.
"Of course your going.Youre brother wants to meet you so you are going.And we will be there too,in case you need us."Delly said firmly.
"Yeah,Delly's right.Where and when and we will make sure we are there.Write back to your brother and tell him that your coming."commanded Eden.
Red nodded smiling.
"Thanks guys.I thought I might have to beg you guys to come but-"
"Red were your best friends.Its what we do,what we're here for."
Red laughed before putting on a serious face.
"Uh oh,looks like your Aunt Dells.What did we do wrongTHIS time?"Eden muttered under her breath.
"Nothing,..I think...."
When Aunt Caroline arrived at the table she grinned at the three anxious faces before her.
"Whatever it is we didn't do it!We promise!"spluttered Delly looking at her friends for help.
Aunt Caroline shook her head..
"Delphine what are you talking about?I just came to deliver the news that you three have worked your socks off and gotten into that school,the one my friend runs."
Three faces stared back at her.
"We got into Beverly Hall?"
Aunt Caroline nodded.
"Yes,but you need to be ready by tomorrow afternoon.Can you do that or is it too short notice?"
Frantically Eden shook her head.
"No,mam we will all be ready and waiting bags packed even if it kills us!"
Then aunt Carolines face split into the biggest grin they had seen yet.
"Oh,I hoped you'd say that.Me and Felix will be there to wave you off alright?"
They nodded.
As soon as she'd left they formulated a plan.
"So tomorrow you are meeting your bro right?Then we'll pack up this evening, make triply sure we have everything and we'll go to the new school together tomorrow afternoon."
Delly put her hand in the middle of the table.
"Are we sealing this deal or not?"
Slowly Eden put her hand ontop of Dellys
Red rolled his eyes and placed his hand ontop of Edens.
"In doing this deal it means we have to stay best friends even at this school.OK?"
Red and Delly nodded.
"On three,one,two,three"
They brought their hands up.
"R.E.D!"
"We can call our parents after lessons today,it'd be a surprise for them!"
"Yeah!"
