Chapter 2

I woke up to my alarm blasting. I let out an annoyed sigh and sat up rubbing my face. I shut my alarm off and looked outside the window and saw people that had started with their day. I got up and tried to find a clean shirt from all the mess that I had around me.

I picked up a black shirt and took a sniff at it. Smelled good enough, I went into the drawers and took out some light ripped jeans. I headed in to the bathroom and took a quick shower. Once I was finished, I went into the kitchen and decided to just grab an apple and picked up my backpack along with my white hoodie. I headed out and closed the door. I was about to leave until I heard a door shut next to me. I looked to my side to see Jimin with a long sleeve shirt and with some dark skinny jeans.

He looked at me as I quickly looked away. Embarrassed at the fact that he caught me staring him. "Good morning Yoongi." My heart fluttered when he said my name. I turned to look at him as his eyes continued to look dull. "Good morning Jimin. Where are you heading this early?" He looked at me for some time before answering, "I need some things for my place so I decided to start early." 

I gave him a nod as we both went downstairs to leave. "If you'd like, I could take you to a store that's near here." He looked a bit confused,"Don't you have a job that you need to attended to?" "I do, but I enter at 11 and I still have 2 hours to spare." He finally agreed and we both walked in silence. Even though it was quiet, I was fine with it. "Why are you doing this?"

 I was a bit surprised at his question and to be honest, I didn't know either. "I just thought it would be nice to get to know you." He chuckled at my response and looked at me. "If you ever come to discover anything about me, you'd wish you hadn't."

I was confused, what exactly did he mean by that? I noticed that he had continued to walk ahead of me as I struggled to catch up to him. "What do you mean by that?" He stopped walking and looked me in the eyes. "Look, I'm not trying to be mean, but you're starting to annoy me so I'd appreciate it if you could shut up and stop questioning me. But if you'd like to know the answer, people don't do stuff out of kindness, they alway want something in return." He continued to walk and this time I didn't follow him. 

I just let him disappear from my sight. I couldn't understand the way I was feeling, but one emotion I knew was pain. I felt hurt because he had pushed me away for the first time.

I should be sleeping right now, and I know I'll regret it tomorrow. I'll try to write as much as I can - iris
