Allah says(interpretation of the meaning):
"[Allah said to iblees:]And befool them gradually those whom you can among them with your voice(ie,songs, music and any other call for Allah's disobedience).."- {al-israa': 17: 64}

It was narrated that Abd-Allah ibn Mas'ood(may Allah be pleased with him)said;the prophet(peace and blessings of Allah be upon him)said"No woman should look at another woman then describe her to her husband so that it is as if he can see her",narrated by al-Bukhaari,4839

AASTHA:-

"NO,NO,NO......NO WAY"Hira repeated her words.

"But why??The men and women are in separate section and the men can't see us.So why can't we?"I asked again.

"She is right hira.The men is on outside so what's problem on dancing in the hall?"Faree accompanied me in insisting hira to let we dance in the women's section that is in the hall.Ham didn't come today saying she has a programme on her cousin's home.

"Faree you too?How could you say that?"Hira strangely looked at faree.

"She is saying because we've to rock on your marriage.Come on this is our best friend's wedding,and if we don't even dance on your wedding then what the rubbish we do on your day to make it memorable?And this is your first marriage"

"What do you mean by my first marriage?",hira cut me off raising her eyebrows.

"I mean,we only do marriage once and that need to be memorable.Isn't it??So why can't we dance??"I asked.

"Aastha which song are you going to dance on?"she asked adjusting herself on the chair in front of dressing table, whilst me and faree on the couch.

"Isn't that obvious?Bollywood songs.Our desi Bollywood songs.So that every aunties could dance with me",I said with a pride look on my face.

"And that's the problem.Dancing is not allowed if the women are dancing on Haram songs and if you're dancing in arousing way".

"But there's only ladies",Since hira has already said me,what is Haram and halal and I know music is Haram because every time she would stop me whenever I was listening to music.And I love music.The only thing that kept me sleep on night.

"Aastha,you're a young beautiful girl and if you dance,others'll be tempted.Get tempted by you and they'll accompany you in your dance in that haram song and it is not allowed and you know that even woman to woman can feel each other"

"But why is that songs are haram in your religion?Actually we can enjoy the songs."

"I am not saying songs are haram, I am just saying songs of the modern type are haraam.Because that include immoral words and things that are no good,and include the idle leisure and provocation of sexual desire, and promiscuity,and the voice has a quality that inspires evil thoughts in the listener's mind and these desi songs can make others to dance with you",she described everything which I wanted to know.i thought of it.And again asked the other.Yes I always had so many questions on everything, just like kids.And the one who answers all my questions was hira.

"What is the matter if they dance with me?ofcourse they've to dance with me to make it more joyful.And what in woman to woman feelings hira?",At that I made a face "Your relatives are kinda that?"

"Don't say about my relatives aastha.We can enjoy without song and dance also.Why don't you think of any other?And I don't want my marriage to be held in more haram,already it has spent a lot now please no more yaar"
