AASTHA:-

"I'll do the kitchen if you do the lawns"

"No i'll do the kitchen",my sister paayal said still looking at the phone.I wonder what she has in that stuff.But i've given up enquiring after last incidence.

"I said i'll do the kitchen"

"I said the same"

"Well i'm going to do it right now"

This is my home and my sweet family including my sweet younger sister.Otherwise people call us lazy heads,people like my mom.It's kinda easy to clean the kitchen since mom has already set up almost everything.And we both are so lazy to do the lawn that...

"Mom,tell her to mow the lawn.Since she's always on her classes and  i'm the one always do that".

"Then continue on with your usual habit",I said rolling my eyes.She always include mom in our fight.She knows mom will take her side and I've to give up last.

"Aastha,let her do the kitchen",Mom said with the pleading look implying to stop our argue.My mom has this mindset that i'm the elder i've to understand and let paayal get the freedom to do everything she wants.Sometimes i think she loves her more than me.And sometimes I curse god why did he had to make me elder.But there's advantages also  becoming an elder.Like i get to decide some decisions in my home.Only Some.

Since i'm still acting like a kid i never give up on my argue unless it has something to do with the food.Only the food can beat me at anything.

"You're spoiling her mom.You always take her side"

"Because mom loves me more",paayal said out of nowhere.

"No.."

"Now don't start another argue over something simple.I love 3 of you equally.And aastha start doing the lawn",mom said and i frowned.

"Did you forget how much you loaded yourself yesterday?If you forgot i'm kind to remind you i was the payer of all your dishes last night",i said turning to my sister getting a bit fury with her behaviour.

"That's because you won in the exam and you're going to be a doctor soon so it's your obligation to give us treat"

Yes yesternight i gave them the treat over winning BMSE exam.Since my family and best friends are ones that won't allow your win and greatness until you oblige them of a treat of items they want.Now my family's is over,next come my friends.I don't know when it is but i'm sure they'll make my wallet empty.

"Really?Is it my problem i won?I don't understand why this society is like this.We hard worked so we're the ones who need to have a full of stomach. This is irony",i growled.

Paayal laughs at my situation making me more angry.

"Stop both of you and go to work.Aastha go and do the lawn,Stop being immature.I am afraid of your future husband"

"Ok i'll mow the lawn".My mom knows how she has to make me do something.She knows i don't like talking about marriage.I glared at paayal who is grinning like she has won some award.I walked and started to mowing lawn,defeated,but kind of glad that my pain of hand is gone.I'm the doctor and doctor can take care of everything.I did it with my hand proud of myself.
