*Lyon's POV*
The way her hand felt in mine gave me a warm feeling, and the outfit she wore made my body warm in a similar way to how I felt when I had discovered her in my bed. She wore a snow white bikini with silver snowflakes underneath a navy blue coat with thick white fur around the edges and cuffs, snow white gloves, a navy blue miniskirt with little silver bells attached to each pointed panel, and a pair of navy blue knee high boots with white soles.
She wore the same jewelry as before, but the tattoo's she had looked like they had turned to a dark purple. As we shoved through the crowd her hand tightened around mine until we reached a good spot to watch the parade. Then she reached both mine and Sherry's hand to grip the bar in front of her. The smile on her face made the warmth spread throughout my body, and silently agreed with Sherry's statement from earlier.
I had a hard time looking away from her to watch the parade, but when she suddenly became excited I looked up and almost scowled when I noticed that it was Gray's float that was approaching. I nearly smiled when I heard her calling out to the blue haired water mage on the float alongside Gray. The mage's smile widened as she caught Y/N enthusiastically calling out her name, immediately she sent Y/N a wink and then splashed her with water. Y/N's response was an amazing laugh that made everyone's smiles widen when they heard it. I moved slightly towards her when I noticed that when Y/N had leaned over the bar to catch her friend's attention her bikini bottom's showed.
I glared at the small group of men that didn't bother to look away. The blood in my veins seemed to turn to acid as an unusual feeling filled the center of my chest. I was relieved that it vanished the moment she sent me a blinding smile before she turned her head to chatter about something with Sherry. I mentally frowned at my reaction as I reminded myself that she wasn't looking for a relationship, especially one that would give up her location to an intended she obviously wanted no part of.
After the parade Sherry and I were dragged towards Fairy Tail's guild. I gave another small smile when I saw her rush towards the water mage and immediately embarrass her with her enthusiasm.
*Reader's POV*
When I pulled away from Juvia I exclaimed over her new look. She had cut her hair, and now wore a semi-revealing blue and white dress, long gloves and boots. She blushed at my exclamation and quietly asked "Do you think it'll make Gray-sama like Juvia?" I gave her a soft smile and after hip checking her told her "If I was a guy I'd date you. Even if I had to resort to caveman methods to steal you away. However I'm female and I totally support Gruvia." Which caused her to laugh and for me to give her a brilliant smile in return. She placed a hand on my shoulder and after she was done asked "Have you been able to master Juvia's water body?"
I gave her an enthusiastic nod and said "I perfected it just this morning! Do you want to see?" She gave me an answering grin and then enthusiastically clapped when and ice blue rune popped up at my feet. She watched me with a smile as my body became a mass of water; however our fun was cut short when a large heavy table flew towards us. Immediately I turned back and instinctively moved to my friend's side, and took her hand. Then to her surprise activated her own magic with my own and to her astonishment froze time.
I carefully tugged on her hand and we moved out of the tables way, when I let go of her hand it deactivated the spell and everything continued. There had been several people who had started to go to our aid but suddenly halted when the table crashed into the wall rather than hit us. "Juvia want's to know how you did that" Juvia said softly. "I'll tell you tomorrow if your still coming over" I said softly. She nodded and said "Juvia will be there to teach you Water Make: Blood, and over more Mockberry samples you will explain." I laughed and gave her a hug and summoned a vortex and grabbed both Lyon and Sherry's hands and stepped through.
"How about you guys stay for dinner? It's the least I can do for you guys taking me to my first parade, plus it'll give you time to wait out the storm that's coming" I said as I faced them. "What storm?" Lyon asked at the exact moment thunder sounded. "That storm" I answered. "How'd you know that was coming?" Sherry asked. "Juvia's been teaching me Water Magic; ever since I started I've been able to tell when a storm's coming. Juvia thinks it's a nice ability, but I think its wasted on me since I'm usually one of the few people who enjoy standing out in it" I answered.
"For get knowing when its going to rain, I would like to know what happened at the guild. One moment the table was about to hit both you and your friend, the next the table hits the wall instead of you" Lyon stated. I gave him a small smile and said "Immobilization Magic allows me to freeze time, because I consider this spell an unfair advantage it is unethical for me to use it unless it is to prevent serious injury to another. Today when I examined the damage the Thunder orb had done to Juvia and several others I used the exact same spell to freeze time while I used another spell of mine to destroy them."
"That must use a lot of magic power" Sherry stated. I chuckled at her concern and with a small shake of my head said "I possess an unlimited source of magic power, I can summon as many spells as I want and never run out. Sometimes in extreme cases I can temporarily transfer some of my own power to another, or if I wanted replenish a person's own power. It is quite similar to Juvia's Unison Raid; an ability that allows her to fuse her powers with another's to create a more powerful attack." "You're an exceptionally skilled mage, but I don't see any place where you can safely train her" Sherry said after a moment.
I smiled and said "Amongst the roots of my home I have a room that I use when I'm training. If you'd like I can show it to you." "Really? I'd love to see it" she said softly. I laughed and motioned them to follow me. I lead them to a bookcase and pulled it open. Behind it was nothing but ice, it extended from the opening all the way to the ground creating a small half dome. I started walking down the block like steps and entered a spacious semi-round room that was shaped like an oval. On the right wall was a series of ice blocks that created a set of steps that followed alongside the wall up to the bookcase.
Once side of the room was entirely made out of hexagonal shaped ice pieces that filtered the light from the both the sun and moon like a prism filling the room with colored light. The floor and the last two remaining walls were made of smooth polished dirt from the years of magical training that had been done within it. Lyon and Sherry finally reached my side and I said "I think that this was being hollowed out to create a secret room using the bookcase upstairs as a door, but when I arrived it was half finished and grimy from years of neglect. It took longer than I thought it would to create the blocks to curve around the wall."
"I blocked off the entire unfinished half by using my Ice Make, and created this. Isn't it lovely? The dome begins at the top of the bookcase and continues all the way down, with enough space for the stairs to fit comfortably. As you can tell that the soft touch of light is provided by the lacrima orbs embedded into the other two walls. They're designed to absorb the excess magic left inside the room. You can't see it at the moment with the clouds but its quite beautiful when the sun comes up" I finished.
"Don't you ever worry that the ice wall will melt?" Sherry asked. I shook my head and said "The ice I make doesn't melt and will continue to stand even when I'm dead. The only things that will make the spell fade is Mood Drip, or if I deactivate it." "Are you sure about that?" Lyon asked. I met his questioning look and said "In a fit of annoyance I once created an ice dome around Natsu; it didn't look melted or soft after 3 days of him trying to use his magic to take it down. The only time it faded was when I deactivated the spell at his request."
When we returned to the house, they regrettably told me that they had to go and left.
