*Present day*

I am so nervous! My hands are so shaky. What if it all goes wrong? What if I trip or rip the dress or cry and mess up my makeup?

Oh my God, if I throw up and ruin the dress... even worse if they all find out I'm pregnant, that would ruin the plan!

"Baby girl, can your mother and I come in?" My parents ask from outside the door, separating us.

"Is Vetinary there?" I ask

"Of course not! The same tradition applies to him! He's not seeing the dress until you are walking down the aisle. " my mum complains, desperate to see me.

"Alright proceed. " I giggle.

My body was originally facing the large full-length mirror, I turn round to meet the faces of my parents.

"Oh my God! " My mum raised her hand to her mouth, to cover up her gasp. Tears begin to rise in her eyes.

"Mum please don't cry! You're gonna start me off as well. " I sniffle trying to hold back my tears.

"You look gorgeous! No. You look like a model. " my mum finally says after calming herself down.

"My princess has grown up so much. " Dad interrupts our mushy mother and daughter moment.

I shifted my body back to the mirror. My hair is curled mostly loosely done, half of my hair is pinned up with pearled hair grips and hairspray, the lighter streaks of brunette shine from the sunshine glistening through every window in the room.

The room I am in is beautiful. It's more of a lounge area with white couches and a small transparent coffee table in the centre. The walls are lilac, the main wall opposite the door is wallpapered with an elegent lilac and silver pattern.

The carpet on the floor is white, which looks and feels exactly like a cloud.

Half of the rooms space is used up by hair products, makeup, flowers and lastly; my wedding dress.

It is an intricately designed ivory mermaid dress. Elegantly fitting in all the right places. The bottom front of the dress is long on me but once heals are on it will look perfect. The back is trailing, it's a medium length and not much weight to it, there is slight embroidery of an indescribable pattern.

My eyes lift up from the bottom of the dress to the middle and follow it up until the halter sweetheart neckline. There are jewels, lots of them clinging to the dress, laying out in swirls and other beautiful designs.

I then look to my face. I would say I did a good job earlier; after putting on my dress I had defined my face with bronzer and highlighter. Then to make my blue eyes pop, I added a light smokey eye, winged eyeliner and then applied false eyelashes.
