CHAPTER 34 [different reasons]

I try to fall back sleep but I can't over the noise I hear. Seriously how are the rest of the guys sleeping through this? Suddenly the noise stops. Then I hear footsteps running down the stairs a giggling. I look up to see a girl only in a t shirt and Zach not far behind only in his underwear. He sees me, "oh shit sorry loo" he says, "don't worry, just maybe not too loud next time" I say jokingly, he laughs, "we'll be as loud as we want bitch" the girl says, "Olivia, stop" Zach whispers.

And are you fucking serious, OLIVIA. The girl who cheated on him, the girl who he was crying over like 4 hours ago.

"so, this is Olivia" I spit out. "yeah got a problem with that" she says taking a step forward and folding her arms, "no, just that you're taking advantage of Zach" I say also taking a step forward. "I'm not I love him" she says, slightly shouting, "oh yeah is that why you cheated on him" I say, "you forgave jack, he cheated on you" she says. Now I'm mad. "that's different" I say, I look at Zach, "what have you told her" I say, raising my voice. "what does it matter to you, liv back into to my room" Zach says. Olivia smirks and goes back to Zach.

"you got a really good girl Zach, she's amazing" I say sarcastically, he rolls his eyes and then goes back upstairs. "what has she done to him" I hear, I turn to jack sitting up. "I don't know" I say. "you know me and you are different to them, we have different reasons for being together" he says, "yeah" I say.

If I think Zach is wrong for getting back with Olivia doesn't that make me a hypocrite. Why am I back with jack if he cheated on me? He said he loves me, I love him. Hut he'd never lie about something like that. Olivia doesn't mean it when she says she loves Zach. Zach is not like himself when he's with her.

"Luna" jack says nudging me a little, "sorry what" I say, "I said come back to bed" he says, "yeah, I guess I zoned out" I say pecking his lips. I pull away but he pulls me closer, joining our lips back into a kiss, "I love you, don't let anyone let you think otherwise" he says, "I love you too" I say, he pulls me into a hug. "let's go back to bed" he says. I nod. We go back to the couch and I cuddle into his side.

After a few minutes jack is asleep again. I hear footsteps coming from downstairs, I close my eyes and pretend to be asleep. I open one eye to see who it is, Olivia. She's on the phone. "I'm only with him because he's famous" I hear, then the door shuts.

I get up and go to Zach's room, he's sitting on his bed. "what was that earlier" I ask, "what" he says, "Olivia, you were crying over her 4 hours ago, she cheated on you" I say, "jack did too, but you forgave him" he says, "that's different and you know it" I say, "no its very similar" he says. "she's using you, I heard her say it" I say, "stop with the lies, you're just jealous" he says, "of what?!" I shout, "I'm not lying" I say. "yes, you are, she promised" he says.

"Zach, I don't want to see you get hurt" I say placing my hand on his, "I didn't want to see you get hurt but that happened, I loved you and you loved him, now you know how I felt" he says, "is this what this is about, payback" I say, a bit surprised. "I guess so" he says, "you're just as bad a s her, you're using her too" I say. "you're with jack an I can't do anything about it" he says.

"I don't expect you too, I love jack" I say. "well I love Olivia, so I guess that's that" he says. I walk out the room, making sure to slam the door. I don't feel anything for Zach. I just don't want to see him get hurt. I see him as a brother, why can't he see that.
