In the town, a decomposing body is found half buried in a shallow grave, in bushes in the park. The body of a middle aged muscular man, is estimated to have been dead for about two to three days. As soon as the preliminary investigations are over, Dave calls Thelma and gives her an update.
There is something strange about the description of the man and the tattoo on his left wrist. The description was really familiar, but at this point it was safer to keep his suspicions to himself.
That night, Bree, Andrew, Dave and Thelma had dinner at a restaurant downtown. This dinner was set up by Dave and ended early because Andrew’s phone had just beeped. “Am sorry guys” he had said, “I have to go. Right now”
Dave looked a bit surprised but the dinner continued and the three diners eventually spent the night at Thelma’s.
When Bree went to her room, she opened her phone to 16 text messages from Kayla and three miss calls.
There was a miss call from her too and she was surprised when the corresponding voice message ended abruptly with Kayla saying that she now had new information and that she was heading-
Bree’s mind was racing faster than a cheetah when she tried to call back Bree but she got now answer.
Exactly what had happened? And where was Kayla heading?

✨✨✨✨✨
Remember the photo that Kayla took of Bree and Andrew?
45 minutes earlier:
As Kayla say on her canopy bed, she took a few pictures of the tabs she had opened along with the picture she snapped earlier and a few text messages. She was surprised in a sense but not so surprised in another to see that Andrew or so he called himself, had falsely written a number on his boat and it was not registered on the system. It meant that he was staying at the dock illegally. Another tab showed that there had been recent reports of a white yacht being stolen from a nearby seaside city and there are suspicions that it has been renamed.
She tried calling her friend but she did not get her so she left a voice message: “Hey Bree, I’ve got new leads. Am heading to-“
“*@#$%!” she cursed, I’ve lost signal. The voice message ended abruptly and Kayla went to her car. She left a message on the fridge telling her mom that she would be at the dock yard, then she remembered that her mom wouldn’t be home until midday the next day. But anyways she couldn’t bother to go back into the house to take it down. She was full speed on to the boat house to confront Andrew.
As she retraced her steps towards the boat that Andrew called his, she stopped short. He was looking around and acting suspiciously. He took a bag out of a box near his boat and went into the yacht. Just as he she was about to leave her hiding place, his head peeked out from the doorway and he emerged wearing dining clothes.
Why was he acting so suspiciously? What did he have to hide?
She watched as he closed the door and ducked further behind the boat as he walked past where she was. She had long bypassed plan A in her mind and was now on to plan B. She no longer wanted to confront him. She wanted to find out what he was hiding.
She waited until he was out of sight then carefully approached his boat. When she entered the boat, it was surprisingly tidy. There was a small kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and a small living/ sitting area that now served as office space.
She walked deeper into the boat and stopped when she reached a passage with three doors. The first two proved to be the bathroom and the other was a bedroom. When she opened the third door, a little sound went off that caused her to close the door.
Unbeknownst to her, that sound actually alerted Andrew who was at sinner with Bree and her family. She reopened the door and this time there was no sound.  She scanned the small cubicle but there was nothing out of the ordinary. Just brooms and mops and a dustbin.
