// In which, there's a school trip to New York and Brendon decided to take in the kid who doesn't have a hotel room to crash in. He doesn't like at him. At all. Okay, maybe a little bit. //

"Okay, who the hell is he?" Ryan asked with some sort of jealously.

"Ryan, this is Dallon Weekes and Dallon, this is my boyfriend, Ryan Ross. I think you two know each other." Brendon did the introducing to get it out of the way. Dallon walked out of the doorway and quietly sat down in a seat, his eyes never leaving the argument erupting.

"Why is he here? Shouldn't there be enough hotel rooms for four people per room?" Ryan argued back, the envy was very prominent in his words.

"Look, Ry, it won't be long, he's just crashing for the night! Plus, c'mon, it's not like I'm going to make him have sex with me! It's you that I like and love. Okay?" Brendon begged for some reason. That's when he wondered just why he was defending for the lanky guy he just met at lobby with the teachers.

"Fine, okay, but I got my eyes on you two." Brendon's boyfriend said and his eyes shifting back and forth from Brendon and Dallon. "Anyways, we got a little thing to do today, I think we're going around Times Square and yeah, do any of you want to shower first or...?"

"You can go first if you want to." Dallon spoke up. "I need to pick out my clothes."

"Brendon? You need to go?"

"Nah, Ry, I'm good. Go on ahead." Brendon decided he should take some time to know the elephant in the room. After making sure that Ryan had went to the bathroom, Brendon pulled up a chair next to Dallon.

"Oh, hey, Brendon. Do you need something?" Dallon looked up from his suitcase and dropped his clothes.

"Not really, I just thought since you might spend time with us, maybe I could get to know you better?"

"Ah, I'm not a very interesting person."

"I bet you are! Do you play any instruments? Can you draw? Favorite color?" Brendon asked a barrage of questions.

"Yes, mainly, bass and the ukulele. I guess I can. And taupe. Is that good for you?" Dallon chuckled and for some reason, that sound made Brendon all fluttery inside. He swore that he doesn't like him at all, he's just an acquaintance...right?

"Yeah, that's pretty good." Brendon bit his lip slightly at the thought of this short conversation.

"Well, if that's all you need, I'll just be here, alright?" Dallon smiled and continue to choose between his clothes.

A few minutes later, Ryan got out of the bathroom. Brendon went next and that left Dallon and Ryan alone since their other roommates, Spencer and Jon, were out to get ice. There was an almost excruciating silence, it was more awkward than anything else.

Luckily, Brendon didn't take too long when it came to showers. After Brendon and Dallon finished, the students all came down to the lobby and left to go to their main event today.

It's now about ten in the night and the teachers as well as students returned to their rooms. Ryan and Spencer were planning on leaving soon for a little trip to another room for a little drink.

"Aren't you guys gonna get in trouble for this?" Brendon wondered, taking his jacket off and sitting on the bed he should have shared with Ryan.

"Nah, the teachers are pretty aware but they're usually asleep by now. C'mon, I heard Ian's got some really nice drinks. Plus, Jon's already there!" Ryan simpered, in hopes that his boyfriend will go again.
