💜💜💜💜💜| Kellin's POV |
"Do you need a ride home?" Vic asked as he walked me to my locker.
"N-no my dad usually-y p-picks me up-p, thanks-s for the o-offer tho-ough." I replied as I spun the dial on the locker again. It seemed I had the only locker in school that was hard to open. It usually took me three or four tries, I was on my sixth. When that one failed I completely gave up and decided I could go a day without the stuff in my locker.I was getting ready to turn around when a hand was reaching around me and putting the combination in and opening the locker easily. I stared I awe and then looked back at Vic who had a smug look on his face.
"H-how d-did you d-do that?"
"Magic my dear friend." He stated and slung an arm around my shoulder as I grabbed my things."H-how did y-you even-n know my comb-bination?" I asked as he steered us towards the front doors.
"Well I did watch you put it in like six different times." He chucked lightly and I nodded me head.
"T-that's true."
"Of course it is! I don't lie." Vic said. "I tell the truth one hundred percent."
"Uh huh." I said just nodding along with him.
"It's true! And you have to believe me because I always tell the truth." He said, dragging out the word always.
"W-whatever y-you say."
"Kellin!" He whined.I just simply shook my head at him and let out a quiet giggle at his behavior. He was something else. Eventually we made it too the parking lot and the first person I saw was my Dad leaning against his car all 'cool' like.
"Hey bud." My Dad smiled happily as he saw me. "You're Vic right?" He said once he took noticed of the tan boy next to me.
"Yep that's me. Victor Vincent Fuentes teller of no lies and master locker opener." Vic did a slight bow and my Dad cocked and eyebrow at me.
"D-don't a-ask.""Oh Kells you know you enjoy my weirdness." Vic said and slung his arm back across my shoulder.
"K-keep t-telling yourse-self that." He feigned hurt and put a hand to his chest.
"I see how it is Kellin," he wiped an imaginary tear away. "After everything we've been through."
"What have you two been through?" My Dad butted in and I just shook my head."Kellin! Don't deny me like that!" Vic whined feigning hurt again.
"S-sorry Vic."
"The least you can do is come over this weekend and keep me company. No one is gonna be home and you're my best buddy."
"I-if m-my Dad is-s okay w-with it." I turned towards my Dad who had a wide grin on his face.
"That's perfectly fine. Kellin never gets out of the house anyway." My Dad shrugged.
"Awesome. Well I'll talk to you later Kells I've gotta get me and Mikey home." Vic said before hugging me quickly and waving before heading off into the parking lot."Come on stud." My Dad said with a chuckle and walked around the vehicle. I got in quickly and soon we were heading to the house.

"So you're actually going to hang out with someone this weekend!?!" My internet friend Alan practically shrieked through the phone screen. Alan and I had met roughly two years ago when I was in the hospital. He was visiting a aunt and since I was the only other 15 year old on the floor he hung around me a lot. He lived about three states over so we didn't get to see each other much but we always texted or FaceTimed, much like we were doing at the moment.
"Y-yep." I said and smiled proudly. Alan was always trying to make me make friends and it seemed I had finally done it.
"That's so great! I'll have to meet him." And by meet he meant video chat. "I'm you're best friend and I have to approve of any others." Alan said matter of factly making me chuckle.
"O-of course."
"You better believe it." He said.
"Is that Kellin I hear?" I heard a voice and immediately knew it was Austin, Alan's boyfriend. His lanky frame came into view and he waved frantically before pulling Alan into his lap so they could both be seen on the screen. I had met Austin a couple time at the hospital too, he had been there for Alan and I remember thinking he was so cool because he was two years older than us, now I realize he's just dork.
We talked a few more minutes before they both said they had to leave for their date soon. They both said goodbye and waved before I ended the call. They were both so cute together and at times it made me slightly jealous. I knew i would never have something like that. I wouldn't because I disgusting mess. Who would ever want me? My big stomach, greasy hair, and sickly pale skin? No one, but in a way I was okay with that because I knew it wasn't meant for me. I wasn't meant to be loved like that by someone. That was reserved for the pretty people of the world.
