*Time skip, now there is a 16 year old Y/N and Yoongi. Plus this is Y/N's POV
Y/N: *Why does my life suck? I'm always getting beaten up by my parents and being treated like a slave, no one loves me, no one cares for me, I should probably kill myself, but I can't, I'm too weak to do so, plus my father is dangerous, I should keep away from him.* suddenly I bumped into somebody's chest, I inhaled their scent, they smelt like coffee and honey, I knew who this was, my best friend Min Yoongi.
M/Y: Yah I know I smell good, but seriously stop smelling me! Plus, what's up with your face? Why are there cuts and bruises on your face?
I looked down, I could feel the concern in his voice.
Y/N: You already know the cause of these cuts and bruises!
M/Y: Move out then.
Y/N: Where do you think I'm gonna live? I already work my butt off to earn frickin 10 bucks a day and then I have school, and you expect me to move out, where exactly do you think I'm gonna live and how do you think I'm gonna survive?
M/Y: Move into my house! You can live with me Y/N!
Y/N: Are you crazy?! You suffer from the same abuse and stuff I do, so then what's the point?
M/Y: I'll protect you Y/N! At least you'll have somebody to protect you from getting beat up! Can you not see? Why are you being so blind and stupid, it's way better than living that rubbish life of yours!
Y/N: Yoongi we're no different, we suffer from the same abuse ok, we're both broken and useless, so stop, there's no point. Plus I can protect myself, I don't need you! I ran off with tears in my eyes, it hurt me badly saying that, I needed yoongi, I loved him for so many years, but I've never confessed, I should've never said that, why is my life such a mess!?
Yoongi's POV
"Plus I can protect myself, I don't need you!" Those words rang in my ears like a siren. I loved Y/N a lot but never had the courage to confess, all I wanted to do was help her, but I guess I couldn't help. I guess she's right what can a guy like me do anyways? I live a rubbish life, I'm always getting beaten up, my dad drinks, my mom cheats... my life's a mess.
