Can you do one where Bel is y/n brother and she had just gone through a break up with whom ever you want and ever since day 1 Murphy has always flirted with her etc and she thought it was just to anger her brother but then he gets serious and cute ?

You had just gone through a kinda okay breakup with Clarke, and just before that you'd broken up with your Ark boyfriend Xavier before being locked up.
Your heart's been through a lot in the past few weeks.

And no matter how hard you try, you'll always have a prick in your neck thanks to John Murphy.

You didn't mind his constance being by your side because you didn't mind him annoying your brother but now, even when Bel is gone he'll be with you.

You sit alone for once now, obviously not for long if he snoops around for you-which he will.

You sit upon an overturned log Bel and a few guys knocked down for a wall but forgot about it shortly after so you use it while you can for peace and quiet. To think.

You watch as dusk sets in and the sun carefully fades into the green of the forest before you. A slight wind is in the air, chilling your bare arms but you aren't bothered by it.

You hear a crunching of leaves and twigs from behind and then gallop closer and to your side.

Murphy swings his legs over the log and sits next to you.

"You shouldn't be out here." He says, staring at you while you stare forward, your head and heart sighing in annoyance.

He smiles slightly, and clears his throat before turning his head forward too.

"Why are you here, Murphy? Bel is gone." You have a whine to your voice as you begin to show your frustration.

"You're all alone. Tempting." He gives you a wink and a chuckle but you only frown, staring into his eyes and then back to the trees.

He purses his lips and looks down to your hands which are folded in your lap, twisting the ring Clarke had made you around your finger sadly.

"Hey," he starts. "You shouldn't feel down. It's their loss. They were lucky." He offers you a smile and you sigh slightly, sucking in a breath as you take off the ring and throw your hand back, throwing the small scrap metal into the forest.

"If they were lucky why do I feel like this?" You groan and lean back lazily against the log making him chuckles slightly, staring down at you while you stare up at the dark, dimly lit sky.

"That's what happens, (Y/n). Hearts break. But they also can heal." He says and you're surprised by his truth.

You close your eyes. "And how does one achieve a healed heart?" You sigh.

He pauses for a moment. "You find someone better." He says simply.

"Pft." You lean forward again and roll your eyes.

"Who knew John Murphy was a sappy puppy." You smile and now he rolls his eyes too.

"It's your fault, you know." He accuses and you look to him and furrow your brows.

"How so?"

He shrugs his shoulders and looks down to his hands.

"Anyways..." You release a breath but before you could say anything he presses his lips against yours. Your eyes widen and watch as his relax and close and your heart thuds against your chest at the surprise.

He pulls away and a smile creeps on his lips but it threatens to frown while you remain stunned.

"Bellamy isn't even here!" You giggle taking this as a joke he pulled.

"My father used to tell me if I ever find the right moment, to take it." He shrugs and you smile.
You touch your hand on his and his smile falters.

"Murphy, you're a great pain in my neck but I do care about you. As I care about everyone. But right now, I'm not interested in another relationship. Not yet." You say plainly and he nods.

A smirk crawls on his lips, "I'll take that as a maybe." He gives you a wink, kisses your cheek and stands, walking away.

You smile to yourself at the thought of you and John Murphy having a serious relationship.
