Wonwoo never felt so empty like this before. His heart is heavy, he felt like a very heavy load is sitting on his chest. He wanted to cry, but it felt like all the tears are gone. Nothing were left, for he had cried them all out almost a year ago.

Wonwoo thought that he already moved on. He thought that he is now ready to face the world with a smile. He thought that his lonely days were now over. Yes, he felt empty inside, but at least he already cried out all the pain and loneliness he felt. He wanted to smile again and he was sure that this time he would be able to.

Until this one very day.

Wonwoo was scrolling through his newsfeed. He reacted to every post he stumbled upon, and occasionally commenting on his friend's post. Wonwoo was literally smiling, while holding a mug of hot chocolate in his other hand. The rain is pouring, and the sound of the raindrops made a calming atmosphere for him.

The cold weather makes him want to be imprisoned inside a warm pair of arms. And he knew that only one person has those kinds of arms.

Wonwoo's smile vanished but he deicided to put it back on his lips.

It's gone. It's all gone. He left, and even how hard Wonwoo wishes for him to come back, he's gone. He will never be back again. What they had was over, Wonwoo was just another finished chapter of his life. Wonwoo was just someone he stumbled upon walking the path of his life. Wonwoo is just a mere stopover, and that would never change.

Wonwoo wiped the tears forming at the corner of his eyes. He's still smiling, because he doesn't want his smile to be gone away again. For the past months, all he did was cry and weep. This time he wanted to keep his smile. His smile that he sacrificed a lot of tears for.

He got up when he heard a ringing of a phone. He went to his living room where the phone is located.

"Hello?"

"Let's party tonight!"

It was Junhui.

"Uhm, I'm n-not really-"

"C'mon! We'll pick you up at 8! Get dressed! Bye!"

Junhui hung up. Wonwoo just sighed. Maybe this is what he needs.

"What the fuck." Wonwoo heard Jihoon cuss while being dragged by Junhui to the nearest bar. Wonwoo's already used to this side of Junhui, but Jihoon is not. His eyes hurted upon the very first minutes of staying inside the bar. Maybe because of the poor lighting and the dancing ray of neon lights.

The lights, the loud music coming from the speakers, it reminds Wonwoo of something that made his heart go wild and in sync with the weird rhythm of the music playing inside the bar. Wonwoo wished that he never let Junhui drag him here. Just like before.

Wonwoo never really liked parties. He hated the bright flickering lights. He hated the loud music that many of his friends are now waving their bodies to. He hated the lingering smell of alcoholic beverages. He hated socializing. He hated everything about parties. He never liked going to parties, but Junhui, one of his friends insisted that Wonwoo should go out of his comfortable shell sometimes and experience things like this. Wonwoo regretted believing his friend.
