CHAPTER 16

We rushed outside to see what all the commotion was about. As we headed outside we saw her, Wendy standing on top of one of the school buildings.

I dropped my bag and rushed up the stairs. "Where the hell are you going?" Penny called after me but I didn't stop or turn around. I raced up. All I had on my mind was I had to stop her, whatever she was thinking of doing.

By the time I got to the top I started screaming her name.

"Wendy, Wendy what is  going on. Let's talk. I'm sure we can sort this out.

"What are you doing here?" She said glaring at me. Clearly I was not wanted.
I raised my hands in defense. "I just wanna help."

If looks could kill.

"You are not suppose to here, he is." She stomped her foot in frustration. Guess she was speaking about Tyler.

"Just go. Stop trying to be some hero. I know u just trying to get MY boyfriend. His mine. Please don't act like you are soo innocent. I see right through you." She pointed at me with her perfectly manicured nail. I couldn't take this anymore. These accusations.

"Fine whatever, you do you. But please  note he left for home already. " I had a plan and I was relying on her desperation.

"What how do you know?" She said looking all skeptical.

"Yip he messaged me asking for schoolwork. He is gone." She walked towards me her jaw on the floor.
"Liar." She said walking towards me. When she was at arms length I stretched out my phone towards her.

As she reached for my phone I pulled her towards me away from the edge. "What the hell!!" I pulled her all the way down the stairs.

As we got down I heard people cheer. She pulled back away from  me and ran towards the crowd, forcing out fake tears.

Before everyone rushed around her she glared over her shoulder at me, mouthing," I'll get you."
