Brynn MacArthur was the only witch around for kilometres, and she knew it.
Wizards didn't usually move to Canada, let alone the small province of Nova Scotia. Why would they go there, of all places? But here were the MacArthurs, with their big blue house in the heart of Lunenburg.
There wasn't a wizarding school in the country, so the few Canadian wizards there were went to Ilvermorny School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. There was a small Ministry of Magic, which operated under the surveillance of Minister of Magic, Erik Mohly.
Brynn's fantasy was to experience wizard culture the way it was meant to be spent. Emersed in the wizard culture left and right. But that wouldn't happen, not without a miracle. And a miracle she was about to get. In the form of Albus Dumbledore.
