Chapter 32

[At the Amusement Park]

Jonathan's POV

Me and the others had finally arrived at the entrance of the amusement park but before we got here, Luke and Evan were waiting outside the house and arguing who should leave and who's car should I ride. So to stop the fight, I ride with Tyler and Craig. The two were sulking when I saw them and the others found it hilarious. Sydney's not with us, Evan said that she have some other things to do which we found great and sigh in relief. Now it's me, Evan, Luke, Ryan, Craig, Tyler, Marcel, Lui, David, Brock and Brian together. I'm surprised to see Brian with us but at the same time happy because he's warming up to the others and not just on the three of us.

"Wow." Me and Craig whisper at the same time as we saw the amazing sight around us.

"This. Is..."

We stare at each other with a huge smile on our face.

"Marvelous!" We said in unison. Our friends heard us and stare at us in confusion.

"Wait, have you guys not..." Marcel trailed off and the two of us just nodded shyly. The others gasp and making an 'o' mouth.

"Seriously?!"

"No way!"

"Are you human?"

They commented at the same time. I felt embarrassed for not experiencing things like a normal kid does. Also offended at their words.

"Hey, we're sorry for being indoor kids! We never got a change to enjoy our childhood because we're different to the others. We're isolated and treated differently. Sure we know lots of stuffs but still inexperience." Craig outbursts while water started to form in his eyes. He look down and I tried to calm him. Craig may be good at almost everything but there's still some that he couldn't handle just by himself like his emotions. I also know his weakness, being compared to the others.

He doesn't like it when it comes to our childhood life because there's nothing much on it. Just, study, books and school. No play, no video games, no fun. At a young age, we act like an adult. I also don't want to talk about it so I won't tell much.

"We didn't mean to offend you and Jon and take our jokes seriously but we're truly sorry! Please don't cry. We're here to have fun." Tyler apologized and comforted Craig by a hug. Craig looked shocked but then relaxed and hugged back.

"Yeah. I'm sorry too for not having a control with my emotions and yelling at you guys." Craig said and they let go of each other.

"Well, since the two of you haven't been on an amusement park before, we'll give you guys a tour!" Lui said happily with his squeaker voice. The mood finally enlightened and they started to drag us everywhere by grabbing both of our arms.

"Let's try... that!" Brock pointed at the boat attach to some metals and swinging it forward and backward.

"What is this ride called?" I asked.

"Anchor's Away."

We fall in line and show our wrist with the bracelet given to us when we enter. It says, 'Ride All You Can!'. Cool.

We started to sit next to each other and I'm between Evan and Luke.

What's with them and me being in the middle?

"Is this safe?" Craig asked worriedly while the staffs were buckling our waist so we won't 'fly away' while it was going.

"Of course! You don't have to be worried. We're here with you two." Tyler answered, sitting beside him.
