[One Month Later]

Jonathan's POV

It's already been a month. I didn't expect things to change quickly. Me and Evan are getting closer, so were to others. It's much more easier for me to teach him without getting uncomfortable, we enjoy each other's company and lastly, no one's treating me rude. Sure there's still some that glares at me, mostly girls but that's all. Nothing much. No locker/desk vandalism, insults, etc.

Everytime Craig and I go to school, both him and Tyler are patiently waiting for us outside. We always greet one another with a smile and there's this one time that Evan and his friends invited us to eat with them during lunch, of course with Ryan and Brian. Since then the 10 of us are eating together at one table.

The exam is only in 2 weeks and Evan's doing quite good. There's only 3 subjects left for us to finish and were done. Right now, I'm here in his house as always and we took a little break to let ourselves relax for a moment.

"Man, I don't know if I could pass the exams." He spoke suddenly.

"Oh don't be a pessimistic! I'm sure you'll do fine." I assured him. He smiled at me but soon fade as he lay down on the carpet and look up the ceiling.

"If one subject failed, I'm done." He said. I understand what he meant about it. Sports mean so much to him and just missing one game saddens him.

"Hey, cheer up. That's why I'm here teaching you to pass those tests right?" I said. He look at me straight in the eye and finally smile again.

"Now sit up and let's continue where we stopped." I added and grab the textbook. He groan in response but followed afterwards.

[Time skip]

It's already 11pm and I'm in my bed, waiting for sleep to consume me but my mind won't let it. Train of thoughts keep on coming in my head.

I keep on recalling that time we almost kissed. Whenever I'm looking at him I suddenly feel something in my stomach and my face would feel really hot. Is he also feeling this weird things or is it just me?

I sit up but all of a sudden my vision became fuzzy and I blacked out.

"Jon! Wake up!" Craig woke me up. I let out a small groan as I slowly open my eyes.

"What?" I asked. A huge wave of pain came across my head. I hold it and tried to ease the pain. I saw Craig slightly panicked at my sudden action.

"Stay here! I'll go grab a water and medicine." He said. I heared him walk out of my room and any second he's already back with a glass of water and a medicine in hand. I took it and slowly the pain reduce until I could bear it.

"Thanks." I said and stood up but quickly fall back, luckily Craig catch me before I hit the floor.

"I think you should rest for today and not attend school." He suggested. Just hearing of not attending school makes me scared.

"No! I don't want to ruin my perfect attendance!" I reasoned but he shook his head.

"When I walk to your room I saw you sleeping in an uncomfortable position."

"But still I'll go to school. I'm fine now see?" I assured him. He look at me and I know I won when I heared him sigh.

"Fine. Get ready then but you shouldn't force yourself on doing things you can't, got it?"
