After narrating my story to Anthony, he was speechless and surprised.
"Wow,so you mean to tell me you received such treatment from your best friend and boyfriend...Damn,you must be a strong girl". He said giving an encouraging smile.
" Thank you ".I replied him.
I was already enjoying the company of Anthony.
He was different from Dominic.Very, in many ways.
Just then Austin woke up.
" Arrg...arrg....my head hurts".Austin said coming to the sitting room.
"Hey,how you feeling?".I ask helping him seat down.
" Am fine, just a light hangover ".He said leaning back on the sofa.
" Hey man".Anthony said giving Austin an handshake.
"Hey,I didn't see you". Austin said returning the handshake.
" So,what's going on here,what's the topic of discussion?".Austin asked looking at me and Anthony.
"Wait, Hope you are not gisting my sister?".Austin asked again looking at Anthony.
"Whoa, no way!,I won't do that". Anthony said defending himself.
***what if he was***the tiny voice in my head said.

Few minutes later,Anthony got a call so he left.
Meanwhile,my dad sent me a message asking if Austin was home,I replied and i guess he was relieve.
"So,how was staying home alone?". Austin asked drinking a cup of water.
"Um...good, but...i didn't stay here".I said avoiding his gaze.
" What! Where did you stay then".He asked again.
"Dad's". I said on a low voice.
"You went to dad's house,Why!".He said angrily.
"Did you expect me to stay here all alone". I said defending myself." I had to go".
"Hope you didn't get too friendly with his wife". He asked with a low tune.
" What's the problem with getting too friendly!, She's nice you know,She doesn't look like someone who will take everything away from us ".I said angrily and going to my room.
"That's because she's in disguise, You can never tell. Just don't get too close to her,". Austin said trying to warn me about my dad's wife.
Mom hates her.
Austin hates her.
I like her.
