"Uh-oh. Alex, left hand, please" I said to the guy in front of me.

"Hey, the two brunette dudes on the staircase owe me a Persian rug" Damon said looking at them to me.

"You mean, they owe us a Persian rug? It's my house, too, brother. Ooh! Would you like a spin?" I said excitedly as I tried to pass him the spinner. I hate this act.

"So this is what Klaus had in mind when he compelled you to protect Jeremy and Elena?" Damon said looking around.

"These gentlemen are helping me be all that I can be" I replied, spinning the spinner again.

"Where's Amelia?" Bekah asks at the door.

"Who the hell are you?" I hear Damon reply.

"He left me here. My brother actually left me here" she said walking to the room I was in.

"Oh, I'm sorry. Your tone implies that I'm actually supposed to care" I said sarcastically.

"You're Klaus's sister?" Damon says looking at her.

"Rebekah. Pleasure, I'm sure. Which one's my room?" She said looking around.

"How can I put this nicely. You're not staying here. I don't want you here" I said.

"Rude. Both of you. I'll see to it myself" she says turning and walking up the stairs.

"So I guess we have a new roomie!" I said rolling my eyes.

"What's going on?!" Tyler says as Caroline and Elena drag him into the bathroom as I lerk at my locker.

"Vampire 101... don't wear your breakfast to school!" I heard Caroline reply.

"Chill out. It was just a blood bag" Ty tries to reason.

"From where?" Elena says speaking.

"Rebekah hooked me up" he said; I'm supposing that he shrugged as well.

"Rebekah? And what are you even talking to her for?" Caroline said, jealousy evident in her voice.

"Klaus told her to keep a watch on me. Protect his new asset" he said as I closed my locker.

"His what? Why are you amused by this?" Caroline said appalled.

"I'm his first successful hybrid, Caroline. Don't you think that's the tiniest bit awesome?" he said.

"Oh, wow! I cannot believe you just said that" Care scoffed.

"So, I'm going to go. Good luck" Elena said walking out of the bathroom and runs into me.

"Hello, Elena" I said smiling at her.

"What are you doing here?" Elena replied.

"What do you mean? I'm going back to school. Go Timberwolves!" I said sarcastically.

"What? Why?" she says folding her arms over her chest.

"Klaus wants me to keep an eye on you. I'm just doing what I'm told" I said with a shrug.

"I'm going to be late for class" she said trying to leave as I stopped her.

"Oh, class is this way" I said pointing her to the opposite direction from where she turned.

"Let go of her Amelia" Jeremy said trying to pry my hand off of Elena's arm.

"Elena. Jeremy. Do you think I want to be a senior for the 100th time? No. But if I don't have a choice in the matter, then neither do you" I said smiling innocently.
