Dr. Whales POV
Hey David, show me to her room? "Yeah, follow me". David takes Whale up to Emma's room. "Do you want me to wake her" No Snow, she's fine. The more sleep she gets, the better. Dr. Whale examines Emma. Okay guys, it just looks like the flu, I'll still go check on Cora's kids, but I'm sure they have the same thing. Okay, well definitely no school tomorrow and if the fever still hasn't broke by Tuesday call me again. "Thank you so much Dr. Whale". It's no big deal, Snow. Bye guys. Whale leaves. David and Snow kiss.
Emmas POV (The next morning)
Mommy, Daddy! Why are you asleep, I have school! "No you don't sweetie, not today" But me and Cameron are supposed to play at recess today. David sits up. "Who's Cameron?" He's my friend. "He??" "David she's 7, she doesn't have a boyfriend" Boyfriend? Gross! "That's my girl. And you will never have a boyfriend... ever" Snow laughs. "Sweetie, Dr. Whale said no school today." Who cares what he says, he's a fish!! They both chuckle. "Emma, is that a nice thing to say?" No, sorry daddy. "Sweetie you need to go back to bed". Can I lay with you guys? "Sure sweetie, jump on up here". Emma fell asleep moments later.
The next morning
Can I go to school today? "Yep, let's get you ready". Did mommy already go to teach at the big kid school? "Yeah, she did. And it's called a high school, princess". Moments later they left for school.
