Chapter 11

Emma's POV

So Neal, where we goin? "Granny's". I love granny, she's actually my aunts grandma. "Cool". We arrived moments later. He was a gentleman, he pulled out my seat for me and everything. Neal was very distracted when suddenly he got really nervous when his phone rang. "Um.. i gotta take this". Then Emma went over to talk to Granny, when she heard him talking. "Dude her dad's the sheriff". "And she is related to everyone in this damn town, even the owner of the diner we're at". "Are you listening to me? if i purposely embarrass her like that, i won't live to see my 16th birthday!" Then Granny said something. "Hey genius, turn around!" That's when Neal saw Emma standing there behind him. "Emma I-". Emma cut him off. Don't bother Jack ass, and she ran home. 

Snow's POV (At home)

Emma walked inside. Her parents were sitting on the couch watching a movie. Hey sweetie, you're home early. "Yeah, there was totally no business at all". Where'd you go? "Granny's... Well i'm tired i think i'm just gonna go change my clothes and lay down". Snow knew something was up, so she called Granny. 

Hey, Granny... It's Snow. I was wondering if something happened on Emma's date? 

"If i were you, i would talk to her about it". 

Okay, thanks anyway Granny.

"Bye Snow". Ends call.

Snow knocks on emma's door, emma is just sitting on her bed trying to unzip the back of her dress. Hey sweetie, need some help with that. Emma nods, Snow sits next to Emma and unzips her dress, Emma put on some night clothes and started to cry. Emma? Emma look at me. Emma just falls into her arms crying. What happened, did your fathers threats ruin the date? "No, he probably saved me from a public embarrassment". What are you talking about? She begins to cry even more. "I was.. it was... i was humiliated mom, it was so humiliating". What was? The whole date was a sham! It was some sort of hazing thing..." Snow pulls her into a hug. Emma, look at me, do you want me to call Regina? "Yeah, but can you just lay here and hold me for a few more minutes". Of course i can. 

A few minutes later 

Snow calls Regina on Emma's phone. 

Regina!

"Mrs. Nolan?"

How many times do i have to tell you to call me Snow, Regina i've known you for nearly 10 years.

"Sorry, Snow.. Is everything okay?"

 Actually, not really. Do you think your mom would let you come stay the night tonight? 

"Probably, but what happened?"

The date was some sort of hazing thing, it was all fake.

"Well, if Emma's upset, my mom will definitely let me come over, be there in about 15-20 minutes". Ends Call.

David comes upstairs to see emma and snow hugging. Is everything okay em? N-. Emma cuts her off. Yeah dad, everything's good, regina's coming over. David goes to his room and lays down and waits for snow. Why didn't you tell him? "Neal deserves a punch in the face, not a bullet to the brain". Snow smiles and Emma smiles back. You're gonna have to tell him eventually. "I know, but not yet". 

Emma's POV (20 minutes later)

"Hey Em!" Hey Gina, will you do me a favor? "Yeah, anything". Come with me to tell my dad what happened. "Let's do this... should we make sure his gun is locked up first?" Definitely, that'll be my mom's job. Okay so i ask my dad to talk and you signal to my mom when he's not looking to hide it, Got it? "Yep, let's go". They walk down the hallway and knock on their parents door. Hey dad, can we talk for a minute. "Sure princess". Regina gives Snow the signal, then they walk downstairs with emma and david. Okay dad, before i say anything you have to promise not to do anything stupid. "Okay?" It's about the date... it was a sham, an attempt to embarrass me, but it didn't work! "I'm gonna kill that damn kid!" Dad don't, you'll lose your job, you value your job too much. "Princess, i value you so much more than i value a job". I know daddy, i know. "Why didn't you tell me earlier?" Well, we had to hide your gun first. He smirks at all of us. Then he kissed both me and regina on the head and said goodnight. Then him and my mom went to bed. 

Snow's POV (About a week later)

Snow is the bathroom, she has just taken a pregnancy test. She walks out of the room. David where's Emma? She's at Regina's, need me to call her and tell her to come home? No, we can tell her when she gets back. Tell her what? That i'm pregnant. Pregnant? We're Pregnant! He picks her up and spins her around and kisses her. 

A few hours later (Emma gets home)

Hey sweetie, we have news. "What is it?" I'm pregnant. Emma grabs the arm on the couch and slowly sits down. "I... i can stay... right?" Of course you can Emma, why wouldn't you be able to? Emma takes a deep breath of relief. "Oh, good". Now why would you think that we wouldn't let you stay? "It doesn't matter, it's stupid". "Look at me princess, it's not stupid". "When i was younger, my adoptive parents made me leave on my birthday... because they were pregnant, and they only wanted one kid. But then i met you guys, you guys are the best thing that has ever happened to me". Both Snow and David smile.
