Chapter 16

Emma's POV (At Fairfield Hospital)

Dad... can we go home? "Not yet princess, the doctor has to stitch up up and get you a new cast, then we'll go home tomorrow night or Saturday morning". "Hey sweetie, Red is picking Regina and Killian up, they'll be here soon". Thanks mom. And thank you both for finding me. "Princess, you should know that we may not have found you if it wasn't for Gina and that Killian boy". Really? "Yeah, you got yourself some smart friends". Emma smiles. "Okay sweetheart, why don't you get some sleep". Snow kisses Emma on her head. 20 minutes later Regina and Killian showed up. Emma had been asleep for 2 hours, so everyone went to go get lunch in the cafeteria, but Killian refused to leave her side. A few moments later, Emma appeared to be having a nightmare. Killian grabbed her hand and within a few minutes, she started screaming. Killian cupped his hand on Emma's cheek. "Swan calm down it's me, love, its just me". At this point Emma is in tears. Killy? "Yeah love, it's Killy". Emma sits up and gives Killian a hug. It was so horrible Killian, so horrible. "It's okay love, it's over. She can never hurt you again, I promise". Everyone else walks in the room.

Killian's pov

"Um kid, why are you hugging my daughter?" Oh, sorry sir. She was having a nightmare, I was just trying to comfort her. Snow smiles and David shakes Killian's hand. "Jones, you're a good kid". Emma smiles. "Dad, he has a first name".

Emma's POV

"Sweetie do you wanna talk about the dream?" Emma shakes her head no, Red notices that she looks terrified. "Hey blondie, are you alright?" Huh? Oh, I'm fine! "Are you sure?" I said I'm fine!... I'm sorry aunt Red, I didn't mean to yell. Um guys, can me and aunt Red talk... alone? Everyone but Emma and Red leave the room. Aunt Red, I'm scared... "Scared of what?" I don't really know aunt Red, everything. I'm sorry. Emma starts crying. "Blondie, you have nothing to be sorry about". Can you tell my mom and dad to come here? "Of course hun". Red gets Snow and David and sits outside of the room with everyone else. Mom... I'm so tired. "Okay sweetie, then go to sleep". I'm scared to mom, can you guys sit or lay with me please? "Of course princess". Thanks dad. Emma drifts off to sleep and within minutes she was already kicking and screaming. "Emma sweetie, wake up!!" "Princess, open your eyes, it's just a dream!" Don't touch me!!! You're crazy... get away from me!!! No... no, I'm sorry, no don't please! Emma screams. Red, Regina, and Killian run in the room. "Emma!!! Wake up sweetheart". "Em wake up!! Emma jumps up terrified and crying. Mom... Dad!! She hugs them both.
