"Hey Abby can you and the rest of the team come over tonight at around 5." "Ya Ziva you need me to bring anything?" "Nope just the rest of the team." When I get back up to the bull pen I hear Gibbs ask me why im here. "Because Gibbs I cant sit at home anymore." "Fine come on we got a dead Marine." "Ziver your with me Tony, Mcgee you two take the truck." The ride there was very quiet except for when Gibbs would drink his coffee.When we pull up and start taking pictures I hear crying and run upstairs to see what it is and its a baby my baby. "Zi are you up here?" "Ya I got to go I knew I recognized her." I leave the crime scene crying and running to our apartment when I get there I see its on fire. Good thing Director Vance is watching Kate.
Gibbs' Pov
"Dinozzo what the hell did you do." "Nothing she saw the kid and left crying saying that she recognized her." "Where are you going?" "To go find her." "No ill go you finish here and ill call you when I find her.Got it." "Yes Boss." I knew why Ziver recognized her but I didnt tell Tony she needs to tell him. When I pull up to her apartment I see her sitting on the sidewalk crying. "Ziver whats the matter?" "Well lets see someone set our apartment on fire and I know the victim and the kid." "Ok well lets go back to the Office and see Tony how about that." "What if he leaves me when he finds out?' "He wont trust me ok." she nodded and got in the car and drove back to the office.
Tony's Pov
As soon as I see Zi and Gibbs walk out of the elevator I can tell shes been crying. "Hey Zi." "Tony come with me to the elevator." "Ok" "Tony you know that baby today at the crime scene?" "Ya and how do you know the victim.?" "Well you know how I said I as Raped in Somalia,well and you know how I was gone for 10 months. Well he got me pregnant and after I had her he gave her away to her." "Oh Zi im so sorry. But she was a Marine." "Accually she worked for him." "Are you serious." "Ya I am." "Also someone set our apartment on fire but Gibbs found him before we got here long story doesnt matter." As soon as they got off the elevator Tony was mad about all this but not a Ziva. Vance's Pov
"So Ziva is it true that she worked for Saleem,and that this is your kid." Pointing to the one from the crime scene. "Yes and Yes and her name is Shannon.I got to name her before she took her." "Ok well considering shes your kid you can keep her." "Ya I will keep her even though shes his kid I cant do that too her." "Also Ziver you Tony and the kids can stay at my house till you find anothr one." Gibbs added. "Thank you so much Aba." Gibbs looked shock when she said that but then he relized how much of a daughter she was to him. "I have to go tell Abby that she has to come to Gibbs house tonight."

"Hey Abby tonight you and the team accually have to come over too Gibbs tonight. So if you could tell the rest of the team that would be awesome I have to go shopping for stuff so ill see you at 5." "Ziva why do we have to go to Gibbs' tonight?" "Well our apartment burnt down so we are staying at Gibbs' till we can find another one or a house." "Ok well ill see you at 5." I go back up to the squad room to get my stuff so I can go get the kids some close since they wont fit in the same size cause ones a year and the others 6 months.
