"Tony what about the Girl?" "What girl?" "The one whos parents were killed and has no family the one staying with us for now." "Oh ya what about her?" "I dont want her to go into foster care." "Do you want to adopt her?" "I have been thinking about that." "So have I." "What do you think?" "I was thinking we should." "So do I." "Ill go tell Gibbs now." After Tony left the room Jane came in "Hey sweetie whats up?" "Nothing I just wanted to know if i could sleep in here tonight." "Ya sure but can I ask why." "I just want to be near you because I know I can trust you and I know you wont beat me." "Oh sweetie your right I wont do any of that." "Do you want me to sleep on the floor?" "No we can make Tony sleep on the couch." Ziva said with a smile "What are you doing in here Jane?" "Im sleeping in here tonight." "Where am I gonna sleep then?" "The couch." "Really?" "YA Tony three of us arent gonna fit in a full size bed." "Ok." "So Jane do you play any sports?" "I play softball." "Ok what grade are you in?" "Well I finished high school already." "Oh wow that I didnt know. Ok what position do you play in softball?" "Well I prefer to play third but we didnt have anyone to play short and I can play there so." "GIbbs Ziva really like Jane." "I know DiNozzo thats cause she reminds Ziva of Talia." "Oh well e were thinking we would adopt her." "Ok ill call Vance and tell him to have the paperwork ready because he already has and Ziva went up to talk to him a week ago about adopting her." "Really?" "Ya." "Oh ok." "Tony go to sleep we can discuss this in the morning." as Tony's sitting on the couch thinking hes phone vibrates and he reads the text 'should we tell her tomorrow morning?' 'Yes.' 'ok love you.' 'love you too.' Tony woke up at 7 cause he heard someone walking down the steps "Hey Tony." "HI Jane how are you?" "Good you." "Good are you ready for your surprise?" "Yes." "Ok well sit down." "Well Ziva and I were talking and we were wondering if you wanted us to adopt you?" "Oh my god yes." Then she starts crying "Why are you crying?" "Just I never had people who cared about me before." "What do you mean?" "Well if my parents were mad at me they would make me sleep outside even if it was snowing,raining,hailing anyhting. I didnt get to eat anyhting for weeks only water." "We have to go to the Navy Yard tto sign the papers and then me you and Abby are going shopping to get stuff for you and Kate,Shannon and Abbys kid." After they all got ready and went to the Navy Yard and signed the papers Ziva,Abby, and Jane went shopping. "What are you gonna name your kid Abby?" "I was thinking Jenny if its a girl and Mike if its a boy." "Thats cool I knew someone named Jenny but she died." "So when do you find out?" "Next week." "Thats so cool." "Ya im excited." "So what are you guys getting today?" "Well we have to get stuff for the kids and then we have to get you stuff for your room and you need clothes." "You dont have to." "Oh yes I do." "Are you sure." "Yes Jane plus you dont have a bed and you have two outfits." "Well ya but I dont ant you spending money on me."
