Six months later(lol time jump)

Skylar's pov

"You okay?" I ask and Sophia nods,

"Yeah, this is for the best." she says and I look at her, she hands the nurse her baby and the nurse walks out, "I don't want to raise it without the father. Won't put him through that."

"Jake's an ass, I'm sorry he left."

"I know." she nods, "The couple adopting him are so sweet, they even gave me the day with him, he's better off with them."

"I'm proud of you, Soph." I say and she smiles, hugging me. "Let's get home."

"Yeah." she nods and we walk out to my car. I quickly drive home and she goes straight to her room. I sigh, going into the kitchen, seeing Sawyer, Mariana, Ethan, and Grayson sitting at the table.

"How is she?" Mariana walks over and I shrug,

"She's doing better than I expected but she's still upset," I say and she nods, Sawyer walking up and hugging Mariana from behind,

"Should I talk to her?"

"No, we should give her some space." I respond and he nods,

"I think I'm going to go to the store and get her all her favorite sweets." Sawyer says,

"Taking after your girlfriend, huh?" I ask and he nods,

"Yup." he nods, "Wanna come?"

"I'm good."

"I was talking to Mariana." he says and I look at him,

"You could have made it clearer." I state and he shrugs,

"Yeah, I'll come." she says with a laugh, "We'll be back soon."

"Bye." I say and they both walk out.

"I have to pee." Grayson says,

"You know where the bathroom is." I respond and he walks past me. Ethan walking over, "So, how's Jess doing?"

"She's good." he nods, "We have our four month next week."

"That's exciting."

"So, hows Grayson doing?"

"He's your twin brother, don't you know?" I ask and he looks at me,

"You spend more time with him than I do."

"We're just friends, Ethan. I'm not getting into this again."

"Just friends...." he pauses, "With benefits?"

"Shut up." I reply, "No, we are just friends. I have no interest in him any other way."

"That's cute, I guess."

"You're annoying."

"Are there any other guys?" he asks,

"That depends. Are you asking for yourself or for Grayson?"

"Would the answer differ?" he asks and I shrug,

"There's no other guys, but that doesn't mean I'm looking for a boyfriend, either." I respond and he looks at me,

"All girls are looking for a boyfriend, or girlfriend."

"I'm not. I'm a strong, independent woman." I joke and he rolls his eyes, I laugh, "I'm not looking for a boyfriend. You Dolan's have scarred me, no offense."
