Chapter Fourteen: His Credit Card

Dani's Point Of View 

"We're going for a drive." Daniel went back inside his room for a bit and grabbed the keys.

"Here." He threw a gray hoodie towards me and I grabbed it surprised.

"Hoodie?"

"Well I think you'll get cold and you're too lazy to go back to your room, right?"

"Woah, you're right."

He raised the other grey hoodie that he was holding and wore it over his shirt.

"Wear yours too." I don't know why I was so obedient, maybe because he was doing me a favor.

"Now we can't forget about these." He personally placed the face mask in my face and covered my head with the hoodie.

He wore it too.

"You have a motorbike?" It was sleek black and oh so shiny.

I like black after all, especially my cat who resembles the color.

"We'll use this because the car might be too stuffy for you." I stared at him gratefully but I guess it was too long.

"Stop that stare, okay? I know you're grateful but we did not even start this night out yet." My eyes were puffy and he was just so accurate with what he should do at a time like this.

"We're going on an adventure?" My eyes glinted like crystals.

I love adventures.

"Now stop sulking and wear this." He gave the helmet to me and started the bike.

"Get on."

"Okay."

"I'll be driving a bit fast, just hold on." I tightened my embrace to him leaned on his broad shoulders.

I can't deny the fact that they were broad. Moreover, I am so overwhelmed with his cologne on both hoodies. 

I secretly sniffed them so much and I am so pleased.

I grabbed him tighter when I felt the cold night breeze hit my face, well I removed my face mask and opened my helmet so that I could enjoy the ride. Everything was a blur and I did not really know where he was taking, I just felt like it was a place that I would really like and is a place where I am in the mood for.

"Where are we?" Daniel turned the engine off and hopped out of the bike with me.

"We're by the sea." I jumped in glee and twirled around for a few moments.

"Hey, I see a convenience store right there!"

"Oh then, I'll be waiting for you by that bench over there." He pointed at a distance where a lamp post was illuminating the oak bench.

"Dani." I turned my head back to him for a moment while I was about to head to the store.

I was craving for some ramyeon.

"You forgot your wallet, right?"

"Oh gosh, I'm so stupid!" I frantically tried to feel the wallet in my pocket but there was nothing.

"I even left my phone!"

"Here, buy anything you'd like and you can pay me when we get back but you really don't have to." He handed me his card and I started at it in amazement.

"Daniel-ah." I was looking at him again with puppy eyes.

"Stop that!" He blurted out flustered.

"Huh why?" I stared at him surprised.

"You're just too cute, okay?" I gulped hard and slowly walked towards the store.

My breath hitched and I found myself nearly tripping on my way there.
