Three consecutive knocks woke me up from my slumber, it was still 5:30 in the morning so I did not bother on checking myself and just opened the door half-awake.
"Daniel! What-" If I was half-awake before, well I just got very awake.
"Goodmorning Dani, I like your peach pajamas by the way." He was already dressed, while I just woke up and did not even bother on checking how I looked like!
Gosh, me and my love for sleep.
"It's still 5, you did not tell me you're coming early." I invited him inside and switched on the television.
"Wait, I texted you last night. You didn't read it?"
"Oh! I did not charge my phone, the battery is empty." I wanted to slap myself.
"Okay well, we're going somewhere today so wash up." I quickly sprinted to the bathroom and I swear, I heard him chuckling and mumbling something to himself.
I nearly screamed when I saw my reflection, my hair was sticking everywhere and I somehow felt relieved that nothing is more drastic than that.
I finished up my preparation of applying something light to my face and wore something that I was in the mood for.

"I'm done." I slung my backpack on my back and grabbed my hotel keys.
"Wear this." He made me catch his grey hoodie until I wore it to make me warm.
"It's comfy." His smell was very soothing.
"Let's go, we're having breakfast at my favorite restaurant." I followed him out the door and sat on the front seat of his car.
"What are we doing after eating so early in the morning?" He was surprisingly so enticing when he held onto the steering wheel.
I don't know what got to me but he is much more dashing today.
"We're going to go somewhere and then we'll buy your dress right after."
"Okay."
The restaurant was just a short drive and my mouth was watering for a lot of foods.
"Jam Su Sang Restaurant?" Even from outside, I could smell that they have good food.
"Yes, the owner's daughter is my friend." We entered the place and my eyes gleamed.
"We're having Samgyetang? Yeeey!" I hopped in excitement as he exchanged greetings with the Ahjumma.
"Aigoo, uri Daniel has become so handsome!" The ahjumma hugged him and even pinched his cheeks.
"We'll have your Samgyetang ahjumma!" We both sat down on a table thatvwas near the window.
"I can see the fire in your eyes, I see that you're so pumped up for Samgyetang?" I bobbed my head back and forth in excitement.

"I don't know why I'm so hyper today, it's still so early."
"That's a good thing." I gaped when he stared at me while leaning his chin on both his hands.
Like he was referring to himself as a flower pot.
"Can you tell me more about this wedding that we are attending?"
"Well, both the groom and the bride are people whom I have known for a long time so I really was obliged to attend, even more the reason for me to show you as my girl friend because I can't disappoint them."
"Anyway, I wanted to ask you this."
"Why don't you have a girlfriend?"
"I'm not supposed to have one plus I don't have any time to date."
"Why?"
"I have fans and my company might forbid it."
"Here's your Samgyetang." A lady placed our order on the table and winked to Daniel.
"Annyeong Yuri-ah." They did a fist bump with each other until the girl looked to my direction.
"So Euigeon, who's this girl you brought all the way here? Your girlfriend?" I darted my head towards Daniel not knowing what to do.
"Yes." Oh, so the acting starts right now.
"Omo, jinjja? I would really like to know more but I have to go because I have bridesmaid duties." She disappeared right after, taking her apron off and kissing her Mom goodbye.
So she must be part of the wedding that we'll be attending today.
"She's the owner's daughter?" Daniel nodded his head.
We both enjoyed the meal to our heart's content that I was so full and I looked at Daniel confused everytime I would gobble up the food because he was smiling with his eyes.
"What?"
"I just find it fun to watch you eat so well."
"Of course, I am the best food buddy that anyone will ever have." He chuckled at my response and ate again.
"My, that was great." He agreed with me.
"Since we are done, let's head to the new location?" I trailed behind him again after standing up from the table.
"Bye ahjumma!" We both bid the pretty ahjumma goodbye and hopped on Daniel's car again.
"So can you tell me where we're going now?"
"No."
"Ah why?" I tried the puppy eyes that I rarely do and I was surprised to see him shocked.
He gulped hard and that made me even more confused.
"So? Will you tell me?" He looked out the window and ahead.
"I almost did, stop being cute." He took out his bag of jellies and munched on them, I couldn't respond to what he said, it was too unexpected.
After a few moments of silence, I could only think of one thing.
