Angela

As soon as Selena got to my house I quickly pulled her inside and pushed her upstairs to my room. "Whoa, whoa.. hold up, damn I can walk Angie!" "Sorry, but I have something to tell you and its very important." We reached my room and I told Selena to sit down. "Here goes nothing..." I thought to myself. "Ok, Lena before I start you have to SWEAR to me that you wont choke, punch, slap, or do anything else that can harm me...OKAYY??" "Ummm, ok?" Selena said confused. "Ok, so um... in the middle of 7th period earlier today I left class early cause I couldn't concentrate and I needed to be alone for a few minutes to clear my mind. So I left the class and while I was walking in the hallway I heard Jennifer and her "think we the shit" clique talking and laughing at me...and you already know why. I started walking faster down the hall until I reached the nurse's hallway. I could feel tears in my eyes so I went in a corner and started crying. Next thing I knew I heard a voice asking me if I was ok. And guess who it was.. TREY! He sat next to me and we started talking...." I took a deep breath before continuing on noticing that Selena looked even more confused than she did before I stared talking. "....We started talking about the "incident" and you know what? He apologized and told me that he actually DID want to go with me. I didn't know what come over me after he said that but whatever it was made me kiss him." I seen Selena's eyes get big ass hell. I knew that if I didn't have her attention before; I had it now. She opened her mouth to say something but I cut her off. "When I realized what I was doing I backed away. Then the bell rung and I got up to leave and he grabbed me. So to get him to let me go I told him I'd text him and now I don't know if I should or not. Can you help me decide??? Please....?"

I could tell that as soon as I finished Selena was astonished. She looked like somebody had taken the life out of her-face flushed, mouth open, and eyes wide. "Selena...?" I asked trying to get her back to reality. "OH. MY. FUCKING. GOSH.!" she replied. Before I could say something she started talking. Yelling as loud as she could she said,"ANGELA NICOLE AUGUST! YOU'RE FUCKING CRAZY YOU KNOW THAT!!!??" then started to laugh. "Why you laughing??" I asked curiously. "Cause nigga, you're in love with Trey and yo dumb ass don't even know it. Do you know how long I've been waiting for you to tell me something like this? Haha Angie...can I tell you something?" she said answering my question. "Yeah" "Ok, well APPARENTLY everybody but you and Trey knows this. There has been talk about you two." I tried to cut her off but she held up her hand signaling that she wasn't finished. "Ever since the day Trey rejected you everybody noticed a change in not only you but in Trey too. We, as in me and James, knew that he was miserable without you and vice versa so we knew that y'all would eventually talk; whether we had to set it up or y'all did it on y'all own. And in this case, y'all did it on y'all own-on accident." I just stood there in amazement. I had no words to say and Selena knew that. She came stand right next to me and put her arm around my shoulder. "Angie.....call him."

"I'm gon' ride, I'm gon' ride I'm gon' ride, I'm, I'm gon' ride on you baby;on you lady, all night, all, all night! I'm gon' take care of your body, I'll be gentle, don't you scream...was Trey's ring tone as I waited for him to answer. Of course he'd have "Ride" as his ring tone...ol' freaky ass. "Hello?" I heard a voice say breaking me out of my thoughts. "Um Trey?.." "Yeah...hey Angela" he said kind of quiet. So he already knew it was me...damn. I was about to say something when I heard a voice in the background. "Aye, is that Angela?" I heard the voice say. I already knew who it was-James. "Aye Trey." I started off laughing, "Tell loud mouth I said hey." He laughed then told James what I said. "Ok, now I know you didn't call to talk to James so wassup?" He said afterwards. "I was wondering if you could come over. Like in about 20 minutes or so?" I asked him shyly. "Yeah sure I can do that." he said with a semi-high voice. I can tell he was trying to hide his happiness...I know Trey, when his voice gets high, he's happy about something. And apparently, he was happy about coming over. "Ok good, see you later then." I said before hanging up. "See you later."

I hung up the phone and noticed Selena staring at me with a big ass grin spread across her face. I honestly forgot that she was here. "What?" I asked. "Ohh nothing..." she replied laughing to herself. "Whatever" I said kind of laughing myself. After about 5 minutes Selena got up and told me she had to leave. Her parents were looking for her and she claims she didn't want to be here when Trey got here so she was going to go. I walked her downstairs and out the door giving her and big hug and thanking her for helping me before she walked off. "Now all I got to do was wait...." I told myself. Lets see how well this goes.
