~FLASHBACK TO EARLIER THAT DAY~

"What was all that about??" I asked bewildered. I hadn't been in school for no more than 3 minutes and I already had to deal with drama. "Nothing, me and Trey were just having one of our arguments like always. But what made you come to school with James?" Selena said replying back to me. "Oh I just didn't feel like being around Trey this morning...he's been getting on my nerves lately but it whatever. Im over it." "You sure you're over it?" she asked questionally. "Yeah why?" "Just wondering." "Lena, if you think that me talking and asking James for a ride to school is going to change my feelings for Trey; you're wrong. I love Trey..you know that. It's just that we're going through a rough patch right now, that's all."

After school I texted Trey to see if he could bring me home, but instead of him saying what I thought he was going to say he said the complete opposite. "I can't today...got stuff to do." was what he texted me. I looked at the message for a good 2 minutes trying to figure out what the hell he had to do that was so important. "Ok then, but we need to talk.Tonight." I texted back. And in less than a minute he texted back,"Ight, bye. Got to go." I swear, when I try to work things out that's when he wants to act like a bitch...

~END OF FLASHBACK~

Trey arrived at my house at 7:00pm in a back polo, black Levis, and red converse. "You look nice." I told him as he walked into my house. "Thanks, you too." he replied looking around. "Why do you always do that?" "Do what?" he answered back. "When you don't be here in a while you always look around like things changed or somthing." "Oh. I dont know, I just do..but you ready to go?" "Yeah I guess."

I felt a little uneasy while riding with Trey to Golden Corral. Things just felt-awkward. The entire time,we were riding in complete silence and I was getting annoyed.

We were only in the restaurant for 10 minutes and things already weren't turning out the way they were supposed to. "Soo..." I began. "Man Angie. What's going on with you and James?" Trey asked making me choke on my soda. "The fuck? Why would you think something's going on with me and James?? Just because we talk more now doesn't mean anything. You talk to Lena and Isabella." I said back defensively. "Damn chill, it was just a question. And technically I don't talk to Selena..I associate with her." "Well maybe you should watch the way you ask questions. And so. That doesnt explain Isabella." I said trying to stay calm. "Isabella is different..." "How??Please tell me how??!?" I started to feel anger, guilt, hatred, and saddness arise inside of me and I knew that if he said one wrong word I'd burst into tears. "Angie.." "No, dont Angie me. Im done... I came here to work things out with you and you-" "Umm.. Hi." I heard a voice say cutting me off from yelling at Trey. "Hey Bella." Trey said in an awkward tone. The fuck!?!?! "Hey.." she said back in the same voice. "You invited her here!?" I said getting up from the table and grabbing my stuff. "Yeah, but I have a reason for it." Trey replied while grabbing my arm. "I dont want to hear it." and with that I slipped out of his grip and walked off. "ANGELA WAIT!!" I heard him yell after me. I paused in my footsteps and looked back at him. When he finally reached me he immediately pulled me into a kiss. "Im sorry baby, I really am. I told her to come so I could fix things between ya'll and me and her. I have to admit that I was using her to make you jealous because I thought you and James had something going on, but I soon realized that I had to be a man and stop assuming shit and not do that to you. I'm soo sorry!" I sighed and embraced Trey into a hug. "It's ok...Im sorry too. I should've just came to you with my problems instead of going to James."

Trey and I left Golden Corral hand-in-hand not even looking back to see if Isabella was still there. As of right now, fuck that bitch...I still got my man and that's all that maters.
