Cho-Cho was daydreaming about Shikadai again and then slapped herself for doing so. She was going to slap herself again when a hand held her back. That familiar warmth. She looked up. It was Shikadai, with tears streaming down his face.

                          
Shikadai was holding the hand of the beautiful girl who he had his eye on forever. The wind started blowing and they locked eyes. Amber against green.

                          
Shikadai spoke. "Cho-Cho, do you like me?"

                          
Cho-Cho looked away "No, I don't."

                          
Shikadai was heartbroken. The girl he had loved for his entire life didn't feel the same way? He started to loosen his grip on Cho-Cho's hand.

                          
"I love you."

                          
He tightened his grip once again, pressing his forehead against Cho-Cho's

Inojin, Boruto and [Y/N] were spying on them. Inojin had this strange look on his face that creeped them out, and Boruto and [Y/N] were gushing over the cute scene. Then they remembered. It was almost sundown. Boruto had missed his curfew, and [Y/N] had to leave, to pack up for the mission tomorrow.
