♢♧●And so the war starts.●♧♢
Chanel watched as the sun rose, a new day and plenty new forthcoming attempts of revenge from Ava. She hadn't woken Ava up to take her shift, she'd rather die of exhaustion than encounter Ava again that day. Maybe Ava would finally stop hating her today, a ridiculous thought in Chanel's mind. Chanel sighed and turned to the door as she heard it opening, Mason being the cause.
"Hey." Mason said with a small wave.
"Hi, Ava send you out to plot my downfall?" Chanel said with a small chuckle.
"She tried, your sister shut her down though."
"Really, how?" Chanel asked, turning her full attention to Mason.
"Ended with Katrina slapping her straight across the face." Mason said with a smirk.
"That. Is. Beautiful." Chanel smiled.
"Ain't it? Anyway, I noticed you took the whole shift tonight. No one else is up and probably won't be for a few hours, go get some sleep and I'll keep watch 'till then." Mason said, Chanel shrugged and nodded.
"Only because I am in a good mood from the slapping of Ava, she's still asleep right? Do not want to have to deal with her right now."
"She's out, your safe." Mason said as Chanel nodded again, getting up from her spot and gesturing for Mason to take it.
"Good, see you in a few hours then." Chanel said as Mason nodded, sitting down against the outside wall. Chanel headed back to the room to get a few more hours of sleep.
A few hours later Chanel woke up to the shaking of Ava.
"Wake up sleepy head, gonna head out in a bit." Ava said as she turned to get a new shirt out of her bag, Chanel sighed and rolled her eyes at Ava.
Chanel went over to the corner of the room where her bag was and pulled out a black tank top and a dark jean jacket, not having any other pairs of jeans to change into. As she changed in the corner she finished by pulling her long dark brown hair into a scrunchie. Ava simply changed into a dark green t-shirt, the rest of her clothes remaining the same. Ava looked over to Chanel,
"Might want to pull together a way to wash some clothes, two shirts and the same pair of pants, etc. ain't gonna cut it for that long." Ava said with a small sigh, pulling up her own hair into a ponytail.
"I noticed, there's a small pond nearby. Since you brought it up you can do all the laundry." Chanel said with a fake smile, receiving an annoyed glare from Ava. Chanel smirked, satisfied with herself, and exited the room to find everyone already dressed and waiting in the store.
Katrina seemed to have found an extra pair of pants as well as a shirt for she was in a different outfit completely today, a thin long sleeved dark brown shirt and light blue jeans, she had her usually shoes on however, being basic black sneakers. Mason and Grace wore the same clothes, Grace wearing a white sundress down to her knees with black leggings with some wedges, and Mason with a black t-shirt, black jeans, and some converse.
Ava followed Chanel out of the room,
"Well I know one thing we need to get with the supplies." Ava said, glancing at Grace.
"What?" Grace asked, slightly confused.
"You need new clothes, no way you'll survive long wearing that." Grace looked down and shrugged.
"I guess it isn't the best for survival.." she gave a slight nervous giggle, Mason smiled at her without Grace noticing and quickly looked back in front of him.
