I informed Percy of the cafe and told him the directions too.
We got lost.
Somehow, Percy had driven us to the other side of the bloody town, and there were no donut stores down here.
"Give me your phone." I demanded of him, whilst we were driving.
"Why?"
"Just give me your phone and keep driving." I told him.
He took his phone out of the centre console and chucked it at me. I fumbled to catch it and tried to unlock it.
"Password Percy."
"Oh right." He reached over and put his password in.
The phone unlocked and I saw his background photo. I stifled a laugh. It was a picture of him, shirtless I might add, holding up a new born puppy dog. It was cute though, the dog not Percy.
I scrolled until I found Google Maps and plugged in the Cafe coordinates. I handed him back the phone. "Follow the blue line."
"Sir, Yes Sir." He teased, saluting me.
He took his eyes from the road for a second to look at me, and I screamed at him.
"Get your eyes back on the road!"
He rolled his eyes before looking back at the road and continuing to drive.
It took us another twenty minutes to get to the Cafe and by the time we got there, the sun was already setting.
Luckily though, even though Percy sucks and getting given directions, the Cafe, which was coincidentally named 'The Cafe', was open until 9 tonight.
I grabbed his hand and pulled him inside. As we walked through the cafe towards one of the booths, I swiped a menu from a table.
I sat down on one side of the booth, and Percy sat on the other.
I grinned at him. "So donuts?"
Percy grinned back. "Donuts."
We waved one of the waiters over and ordered a box of half a dozen donuts. All of different flavours. He only owed me two donuts, but if we spilt equally, I would have three. I'm not complaining.
"Athena?" Percy asked me as I took a big bite out of my second donut.
"Yeah?" I swallowed before talking because I'm a lady.
"Thanks for agreeing to tutor me. I would be lost if I didn't have football."
I know he was trying to thank me and he did an okay job, besides the football comment.
"It was no problem." I said back to him. "Easy as pi."
Percy groaned at my lame Maths joke. "Never say that again please."
I laughed and agreed with him.
I had just finished my second donut, and Percy had finished his third. There was one last donut in the box and we both reached for it at he same time, our hands brushing against each other.
We held our hands there, just above the donut, and glared at each other.
"That's my donut." Percy growled.
"You've had your three, this ones mine." I countered.
"I paid for them." He shot back.
Damn, that is true.
His hand moved again and once more it brushed against mine, sending a volt of chills up my spine. I felt my hands tingle and my heart was beating faster. I felt like a love struck puppy.
He must've sensed my reaction because he too flinched at the touch. He quickly took his hand away from our little fight and mumbled. "You can have it."
Percy turned his eyes away from me and looked out of the window we were sat next to. There was some underlying meaning to his sudden not wanting the donut, but I decided not to press the subject. I ate the last donut anyway.
The ride home was awkward to say the least. We didn't talk during it, and when he dropped me home he quickly went inside to grab his stuff, which he had forgotten earlier and left after mumbling a goodbye.
I was so confused at his sudden change of attitude and my parents could see it to, but they, like myself decided not to bring it up with him or with me.

Okay sorry this chapter is so short. I wrote it on Notes on my phone, and when I copied it to Wattpad, well it was only 600 and something words. So...sorry.
Anyway. This chapter took a spun from what I wanted it to but it works well in my opinion.
Can anyone guess why Percy's attitude changed quickly?
I apologise for my weird updating schedule. That's what happens when I'm travelling. I'm writing the chapters whenever I get the chance, and most of the time I'm in a place where we have no service to post. Sorry about that.
I might have up to five chapters waiting to be posted, so some times there will just be a heap of new chapters or other times I can't post for ages, and so I'll break the time down.
Anyway I'm rambling.
Later dudes.
