Adrien's POV

I entered Marinette's room once again. This was becoming a normal thing. I came right to her house after my photoshoot each day.

"Hi, Adrien," Marinette greeted.

"Hey, Marinette. Are you ready to practice scene one?" I asked.

"Yeah, I think so," she replied as she got out the scripts she had printed for us. She handed me one of them. It was highlighted in green. Her's was highlighted in red. I took the packet and looked through it. It shouldn't take very long to perform, but it might take a while to memerize.

"Okay..." I said.

"Do you want to wear our costumes?" Marinette asked.

"Uh... Sure. I would like to try it on and see if it fits," I replied. Marinette handed me the Chat Noir suit. I went into the bathroom and changed into it. The costume fit perfectly. I looked in the mirror and fixed my hair to make it more like the style of my alter ego.

I walked out of the bathroom and saw that Marinette was already in her Ladybug costume.

"Wow, you really look like Chat Noir," Marinette noticed. Oh, no. Is she suspicious of me?

"Really? Well, I've spotted that you look a lot like Ladybug," I noticed. Then I realized that my alter ego was showing. Oops.

"You made a pun," she said.

"Did I?" I asked, faking not knowing.

"Yeah, you said spotted. My suit has spots," Marinette explained.

"Oh, yeah," I said. "Unintended pun."

Marinette laughed. "I guess so."

"Let's start memerising this script," I said.

"Yeah, okay," Marinette said.

"You start," I said.

"Oh. Yeah. 'Where is that cat?'" Marinette started. She sounded like a robot. I laughed.

"You sounded like a robot when you said that," I stated.

"Yeah... The teacher did say that I don't sound natural when I read. I guess I'll just have to memerize each line and then say without reading off the paper," Marinette explained.

"Let's start again," I said.

M: Where is that cat?

A: Right here.

M: We need to start patrolling.

A: So correct you are.

M: Is something wrong?

A: No, why?

No one's POV

The two teenagers continued with the script of scene one and kept on repeating it until they had it completely memerised.

"I can't believe we're already this far in our project!" Adrien exclaimed.

"Me neither," Marinette said.

"Do you think we'll be able to get the entire script done by Friday?" Adrien asked.

"I think we can," Marinette replied. Then they heard a big boom in the distance.

"I need to go...to the bathroom," Marinette announced, trying to excuse herself so she could go transform.

Adrien didn't know what to do. He needed to find a place to hide. Then he realized something. He could say that he should probably get home.

"I should probably get home. It's getting late. Bye, Mari," I said. I quickly ran downstairs before she could stop me.
