Ladybug's POV

"You're blind," Chat Noir announced. It took me a moment to process what he just said.

"I'm... I'm blind?" I asked in disbelief and shock.

"Yeah..." Chat Noir replied.

"Am I ever gonna see again?" I asked growing increasingly worried and afraid.

"I-I-I don't know," Chat Noir answered. I was really scared and I really did not want him to ever leave me. Wait. How could I continue the job of Ladybug? If I can't see...

Then I realized something.

I couldn't be Ladybug.

"I can't be Ladybug..." I muttered, hoping Chat wouldn't hear.

"Yes, you can!" So much for him not hearing. "Maybe your kwami can help!"

Wait. He was right! Tikki might know what to do! Maybe she could help!

"That's...actually a good idea..." I said. "Chat, could you go out of the room so I can-"

"I don't want to leave you!" he protested. "I know you don't to reveal your identity to me, and I respect that and won't force you, but I think it's best if I am here to protect to all times. Even if it me-"

"But Chat..." I started. "It's dangerou-"

"And how is Hawkmoth gonna find out that I know who you are?" he asked.

"...Good point..." I sighed. "Fine. I'll let you see who I am."

"I won't push you if you don't think you should," Chat said.

"It's okay, Chat... Tikki, spots off," I chanted and felt myself detransform. I heard him gasp. He was disappointed... I knew he would be...

"M-Marinette?" he asked, sounding surprised.

"You're disappointed, aren't you?" I asked with a sad tone.

"No! Why would I be disappointed? You're amazing, Marinette!" Chat explained.

"You only think that because I'm Ladybug..." I concluded.

"No, Marinette! You're amazing without the mask! You're so kindhearted and caring and you're just...you're amazing!" Chat explained.

"You mean it?" I asked.

" I mean it," he confirmed. "And I won't leave your side unless I really nee- No, I'll never leave your side. I promise."

I was glad to hear that Chat wasn't disappointed and that he wasn't gonna leave me, but now we had to rake care of my being blind.

"Tikki..." I said, partly reminding Chat that I detransformed for Tikki and partly getting Tikki's attention.

"Oh yeah," Chat said.

"Okay, Marinette. I can help you, but not as Marinette. Thank you for detransforming, though. I didn't have the energy since you were injured," Tikki explained.

"Uh... So, do you need me to transform again?" I asked.

"May I have a cookie first?" Tikki asked.

"Of course!" I replied. I felt for my bag and when I grabbed it, I felt it get pulled away from me.

"Here. Let me help," Chat said. I allowed him to get a cookie for Tikki. I felt him put my purse back over shoulder.

After about a minute, I heard Rikki say, "Alright, I'm ready!"

"Tikki, spots on!" I chanted and I transformed into Ladybug. However, instead of being blind, I could see a little more. It wasn't a lot, but at least I could see.

"Can you see me?" Chat asked hopefully. I turned to him and looked him directly in his bright green eyes.

"Yeah. A little," I replied.

"That's good!" Chat exclaimed. "I'm gonna take you home so you can get some rest and I'll stay with you the whole night. I promise."

"Okay," I agreed. "Tikki, spots off." To my surprise, my vision was still the same as when I was Ladybug just now. I was glad for that.

Chat Noir picked me up and ran out of the room, while Tikki his in my purse. He ran down the corridor and stopped at the end where there was a code.

Chat Noir's POV

I sprinted down the long corridor and stopped when I got the wall at the end of the corridor. There was a code the open the...wall. I tried what I thought would be the smartest option. I put in the year my parents got married. It worked.

The wall opened and I ran out. I continued to sprint until I made it outside where I extended my staff and starting going rooftop to rooftop. We finally made it to Marinette's house and I put her down on her balcony.

Marinette opened the trap door and went in first. I jumped down when she was out of the way. (A/N: That sounds kind of bad. 'When she was out of the way.')

I sat down on her bed while she went into the bathroom to change into her pajamas. Me being the curious cat I am, stood up and started looking around. I glanced at the wall and saw a picture. I looked back up and saw that it was a picture of me, well Adrien. Then I saw a lot more pictures of me all over her wall. 'She loves Adrien? What does he got that I don't got? Woah, dude. Why are you jealous of yourself? I am Adrien!' I thought.

Then I remembered she was a designer. She probably used them for inspiration. Then I realized that they hadn't been up when I came to her house as Adrien to practice for the tournament and she gave me the lucky charm.

'She probably got them after I was here.' I thought. Yeah. That made sense.

Marinette came out of the bathroom and she looked hot in her onesie.

"W-wow," I stuttered. I don't know why I was stuttering because she was in a onesie. It's a onesie! What is the deal with me?!

"How do I look in this? It's new. I just got it yesterday," Marinette said.

"You look h-hot..." I blurted. Why did I just say that out loud?!

Marinette's face could've competed with her mask.

"Sorry. I-I shouldn't have-" I started.

"N-no, it's okay..." Marinette said. "I should probably go to bed. It's pretty late."

"Yeah," I said.

"Yeah," Marinette repeated.

She laid down in her bed and I turned of the light for her. I sat down at the end of her bed.

"Good night, Mari," I said.

"Good night, Kitty," she replied. I leaned over and gave her a kiss on her forehead and started to walk towards the chaise. "Wait!"

"Hmm?" I hummed. I turned around to see what Marinette needed or wanted.

"If you wouldn't mind... Could you maybe... Um... Sleep with me tonight?" she asked.

"I am. I was just gonna sleep on the-" I started.

"No, I meant, like, in my bed..." Marinette said shyly. I felt my face heating up. I could tell I was blushing. I was glad the light was off and she couldn't see my face because I was pretty sure it resembled a strawberry.

"Uh, s-sure," I stuttered. I normally didn't stutter this much. In fact, I didn't stutter at all around either side of her. So, why was I starting now?

I got in her bed and she scooted over to give me room.

"Th-thank you," Marinette stuttered.

"No problem," I replied. I felt Marinette snuggle her face into my neck and I wrapped an arm around her. Soon, she fell asleep. We had had a long day and I was exhausted, so I fell asleep not long after.

No one's POV

Little did the two superheroes know, the next day was gonna be a long day for them.
