At Last

Kidnapped

Chat Noir's POV

I set Ladybug down behind a chimney.

"Chat? Is something wrong?" Ladybug asked.

"Yes. Something is very wrong," I replied. We were being followed by someone. I didn't think it was a fan trying to get a close-up of us. Someone or something was after us and I intended to keep Ladybug out of danger.

"What is it?" she asked. She sounded very concerned. I didn't answer her. I just looked around the other side of the chimney to make sure we weren't being followed. I didn't see anything, so I was about to turn around and answer Ladybug, but then I heard something and looked around again.

I felt myself get kicked in the back. Why did Ladybug just kick me? Is she mad at me or something? I turned around to ask Ladybug why the heck she just kicked me in the back. It really hurt.

"What was-" I stopped when I saw that someone was holding Ladybug and covering her mouth. Now I see why she kicked me. It was to get my attention since she couldn't talk with her mouth covered.

I tried to get her free, but I couldn't. The man was holding her too tightly. I saw him squeeze her really hard and then she went limp. She stopped struggling and her eyes closed and her head lolled to the side.

"Ladybug! No!" I shouted. The man stood up and kicked me in the face before I could stand up as well. My nose started bleeding. Then the world ended because one drop of blood hit the ground and turned gold. (A/N: That sentence didn't actually happen. That was a Percy Jackson reference. His nose was bleeding and he almost caused the end of the world. I just thought of that when I wrote that Chat Noir's nose was bleeding.)

I covered my nose with my hands 'cause it really hurt. It felt like my nose was broken. It probably was, but I couldn't worry about it then. I had to take care of the guy who could've possibly just killed Ladybug. I looked around, but I couldn't find him anywhere.

"Where did he go?" I asked no one in particular. I need to find Ladybug's kidnapper as soon as possible or who knows what will happen to her. She could be dead right now for all I know. I hoped that wasn't the case, but I knew it was possible.

I needed to get home and come up with a plan fast, but first I needed to search for the kidnapper. I had a bad feeling that Hawkmoth was behind this. That could have even been Hawkmoth himself.

I searched the city for any signs of Ladybug or her kidnapper.

And guess what I found?
